會議簡介
“北京大學博士研究生國際專題學術研討會”主要由國內外優(yōu)秀在校博士研究生和博士后組織和參加,為青年學者提供一個交流研究進展、獲取研究評論的開放性研討平臺,鼓勵博士研究生建立和發(fā)展更多的國際學術聯(lián)系,培養(yǎng)綜合素質,為未來的學術發(fā)展奠定基礎,至今已經成功舉辦11屆。研討會每年圍繞一個主題展開,今年將以“生態(tài)基礎設施與國土空間規(guī)劃”為主要內容,反映該領域研究進展,整合各方研究資源。
會議主題與目標
在推進國家和全球治理能力現(xiàn)代化的過程中,如何通過理論構建、概念創(chuàng)新、工具改進來合理布局、組織和配置空間資源,以實現(xiàn)集約高效、宜居適度的城鄉(xiāng)環(huán)境,是中國以及全球在空間治理方面需要解決的迫切議題。其中,生態(tài)基礎設施是城鄉(xiāng)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的基礎保障和支撐,國土空間規(guī)劃是各類保護開發(fā)建設活動的基本依據(jù)。因此,本次會議圍繞生態(tài)基礎設施、國土空間規(guī)劃、國土生態(tài)修復和城市可持續(xù)發(fā)展等視角,交流相關議題的新理念、新趨勢、新方法與新實踐,協(xié)力推動多元視角下的空間治理研究發(fā)展、共同繪就人地和諧的壯美畫卷。我們誠摯期待同行們從多學科、多視角切入該主題,探討多元相關議題。
本研討會建議參會報告者以當前正在開展或即將開展的研究計劃為報告內容,已經完成的研究成果同樣可被接受,報告內容將以海報展示和匯報展示兩種途徑呈現(xiàn)。本次研討會期望達到以下效果:
1. 促進同一主題下不同學科、不同角度的思想理念之間相互啟發(fā)與溝通;
2. 幫助參會者獲得其他研究者的建設性反饋。(除了參會人員之間的學術討論,每個參會報告者可提名一位希望獲得研究建議的會議嘉賓,北京大學將幫助參會者積極聯(lián)系相應嘉賓)
3. 幫助參會者結識特定研究主題下的潛在學術合作者,建立青年學者的國際學術網絡;
4. 幫助國外研究者獲得中國研究的進入途徑,以及實現(xiàn)學術合作的可能性。
會議日程
本次研討會擬定于2021年8月20日-8月22日在線上和線下同步舉行。研討會將包括專題講座、參會報告者研究計劃海報展出、參會報告者研究計劃匯報與討論,以及主題相關的實地考察活動(據(jù)疫情防控形勢安排)。會議工作語言為英文。

邀請相關領域全球著名學者為與會者做主旨報告,并與學院老師一起點評和指導與會博士研究生們的報告。與會導師名單將適時更新。

報告摘要提交要求
1. 摘要語言為英文
2. 總字數(shù)300-500字為宜,語言簡練,觀點明確
3. 摘要內容需包括研究背景、目的、方法、階段性結論等
4. 提供3-6個研究關鍵詞
5. 作者信息需提供姓名、學校及院系名稱、專業(yè)名稱、導師姓名、作者通信郵箱
6. 除報告摘要正文外,可附具體研究計劃文本及圖片資料等展示稿件。其中圖表不超過10幅,圖片清晰優(yōu)質,分辨率不小于300dpi

2021 International PhD Academic Colloquium on
“Ecological Infrastructure and Spatial Planning”
in Peking University
Introduction
The “International PhD Academic Colloquium Program of Peking University” offers an opportunity for PhD students and postdoctoral researchers around the world to come together for building professional connections, discussing featured issues, exchanging resources, and sharing experiences. The colloquium has been held annually since 2010; the topic of this year is “Ecological Infrastructure and National Spatial Planning”.
Theme and Goals
With the modernization of national and global governance ability, it’s an essential issue to rationally allocate space resources and optimize urban governance through means such as theoretical modelling, innovation of concepts and optimization of tools. For one thing, ecological infrastructure is the basic assurance and support for sustainable urban and rural development; for another, national spatial planning is the foundation for protecting and developing constructions. Therefore, the colloquium will focus on the concepts, methods and technologies of ecological infrastructure, spatial planning, land ecological restoration and urban sustainable development. Other related issues are also open for in-depth discussion.
We sincerely advise participant to present a research proposal focusing a topic that is in preparation or in progress; published research results are also acceptable. Each research topic will be presented by a poster and a report. We aim to help tackling these topics through a variety of offerings to the participants:
1. Receiving constructive feedback from other researchers (Every participant is encouraged to name a senior researcher that you wish to hear from his/her comments on your research. PKU will help you contact them).
2. Seeking potential academic collaborators on your research topic from our global academic network for young researchers.
3. Helping foreign researchers to obtain available academic access in China.
Date
The colloquium will be held simultaneously online and offline on August 20nd – 22rd 2021. The colloquium consists three session: lectures, presentations, and discussion. Field visit is to be arranged according to the epidemic situation. The official language for the colloquium is English. Please submit your abstract and other materials before August 10th, 2021. Only applicants whose proposals are selected will receive a confirmation email. Curriculum Vitae should be sent to pkulaconference@163.com. The final list of participants will be announced before August 15th, 2021.

Submission Requirements
1. The abstract should be written in English;
2. The abstract should contain the research questions, background, objectives, methods, conclusion, etc.;
3. 3~6 keywords should be provided;
4. The total word count of the main text should be limited to 300 - 500. The writing should be clear and concise;
5. Author information should include name, gender, school, department, major, professor’s name, and email address;
6. In addition to the main text of the proposal, it is optional to provide a specific research plan with up to 10 figures and/or tables. Exhibition space will be provided to display these resources. All the materials should be clear and in high quality, with a resolution of at least 300 dpi;
