任職資格 Requirements
1、景觀設(shè)計(jì)、建筑設(shè)計(jì)或城市規(guī)劃相關(guān)專業(yè)，碩士及以上學(xué)歷；有海外學(xué)習(xí)背景者優(yōu)先；
2、熟練使用AutoCAD , Photoshop .Sketch Up Revit, Rhino , Grasshopper. Lumion Abobe 等設(shè)計(jì)軟件 。
3、良好的英語(yǔ)溝通能力
4、有景觀或建筑實(shí)習(xí)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。
1、Master Degree in landscape , Planning or architecture
2、Proficient skills in AutoCAD, Photoshop , Sketch Up , Revit , Rhino ,Grasshopper, Lumion , Adobe and so on
3、 Good command of English
4、Having work experience in Landsacpe or architecture is preferred.

4、有在境外景觀或規(guī)劃公司工作精力或與外籍設(shè)計(jì)師共同工作的經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先。有流利的英語(yǔ)交流能力，能與其他外籍設(shè)計(jì)師和外籍設(shè)計(jì)總監(jiān)進(jìn)行有效的設(shè)計(jì)交流。
1、Relevant scholarship in landscape architecture, architecture or urban planning in leading university. Over 3 years of working experience in related. Oversea education background is preferred.
2、Solid professional expertise and knowledge of the site experience. Coordinating and cooperating with the problems in design and construction comprehensively. Involved in overall design/ construction/ planting and other relevant professional design and construction methods，have good understanding and offer professional suggestion for design development.
3、Able to present charged project effectively, stating professionally and logically on technical meeting or workshop discussion. Using Chinese and English accurately express design and construction issue.
4、Preferential for experienced in foreign design firms or cooperator with foreign designer. Could communicate fluently with foreign designer in English.

4、能對(duì)負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行有效進(jìn)行方案匯報(bào)，能在專業(yè)技術(shù)會(huì)議或討論中邏輯清晰有效的表述專業(yè)問(wèn)題和解決辦法，獲得甲方認(rèn)可；能用中英文準(zhǔn)確表達(dá)設(shè)計(jì)和施工中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題；

崗位職責(zé) Responsibilitiies
1、負(fù)責(zé)大中型項(xiàng)目方案主創(chuàng)設(shè)計(jì)，完成安排的設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)，并嚴(yán)格按照設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)劃完成各項(xiàng)設(shè)計(jì)工作；能獨(dú)立與甲方匯報(bào)，可管理5名左右設(shè)計(jì)人員，同時(shí)參與3個(gè)項(xiàng)目。
2、主持并完成設(shè)計(jì)的前期主創(chuàng)意、文件編制、述標(biāo)及必要的各種相關(guān)會(huì)議工作。
3、完成設(shè)計(jì)深化、深化會(huì)議、與施工圖組的各項(xiàng)圖紙繪制對(duì)接與審核。
4、主持完成設(shè)計(jì)匯報(bào)、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)交底、問(wèn)題答疑及設(shè)計(jì)質(zhì)量、效果的監(jiān)控。
5、帶領(lǐng)并指導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)各方案執(zhí)行設(shè)計(jì)師進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)工作，計(jì)劃、把控工作的每一個(gè)進(jìn)程，完成項(xiàng)目概念到擴(kuò)初階段的工作，并能與施工圖設(shè)計(jì)師配合完成項(xiàng)目。
6、負(fù)責(zé)與客戶的溝通和項(xiàng)目相關(guān)單位的會(huì)議及協(xié)調(diào)。
1、Lead a project team of architects /Landscape architects/designers
2、Deliver quality design for landscape architectural projects within the allocated resource and time , Contribute to the growth and people in the company
3、Manage contractors and sub-consulants engaged to co-deliver projects, Produce landscape architectural work from concept to implementation in accordance to clients' requirements and aspirations for their projects
4、Prepare design studies and produce design invarious formats such as skeches , drawings ,3D digital studies, models etc.
5、Prepare and produce design presentations in various formats including PowerPoints posters etc. Work with suppliers to select ,prepare material, equipment and theri specifications to support the project design intent
6、Manage the construction and implementation of projects
7、Develop detailed design and produce detailed drawing and specifications for tender and for contractors to follw for construction purposes , Manage the construction and implementation of projects.
