浙江龍游溪口鄉(xiāng)村版未來社區(qū)景觀建筑設(shè)計(jì) | 鄉(xiāng)伴朱勝萱工作室&上海時(shí)代建筑設(shè)計(jì)院

共享、無人、智能…這些看似只與大城市有關(guān)的詞語，在溪口鎮(zhèn)成為了現(xiàn)實(shí)。2020年9月18日，衢州市正式對(duì)外發(fā)布《衢州鄉(xiāng)村未來社區(qū)指標(biāo)體系與建設(shè)指南》。發(fā)布儀式同期舉辦了龍游縣溪口鄉(xiāng)村未來社區(qū)啟動(dòng)區(qū)開園儀式，這是衢州市首批建設(shè)中的首個(gè)開園的鄉(xiāng)村未來社區(qū)啟動(dòng)區(qū)。

歷史：黃鐵礦職工生活區(qū)

始建于1959年的黃泥山小區(qū)，是一個(gè)有60余年歷史的黃鐵礦職工生活區(qū)，至今擁有住戶500多戶1000余人。這里陸陸續(xù)續(xù)建了31棟風(fēng)格迥異的房子，紅墻綠瓦，壯碩的水杉、松樹環(huán)繞其中，有種在看一部老電影的錯(cuò)覺。

舊夢(mèng)鄉(xiāng)愁。留住一份懷念緩慢悠長(zhǎng)歲月的淡淡鄉(xiāng)愁。

時(shí)代情景。再現(xiàn)一場(chǎng)承載時(shí)代記憶的夢(mèng)中情景。

未來社區(qū)。打造一個(gè)植根于往昔親近鄰里關(guān)系的未來社區(qū)。

功能打造上，由城市版的“三化九場(chǎng)景”拓展衍變，確定了鄉(xiāng)村版“三化九場(chǎng)景”：人本化、生態(tài)化、融合化；健康、教育、交通、鄉(xiāng)貌、鄉(xiāng)愁、鄉(xiāng)里、共享、創(chuàng)業(yè)、田園九大場(chǎng)景。通過九大場(chǎng)景的有機(jī)交融，有機(jī)共生打造獨(dú)屬于溪口鎮(zhèn)的鮮活鄉(xiāng)村版未來社區(qū)，為居民、游客、管理者、企業(yè)提供集成式、定制化服務(wù)。

這是鄉(xiāng)里鄉(xiāng)間的聚會(huì)場(chǎng)所，也是“藝術(shù)與風(fēng)貌交融”的未來建筑場(chǎng)景。作為曾經(jīng)的巨化黃鐵礦家屬生活區(qū)，溪口“鄉(xiāng)村未來社區(qū)”留有醫(yī)院、舞廳、職工子弟學(xué)校、大禮堂等不超過3層的工礦風(fēng)貌建筑。改建后的建筑群及其廣場(chǎng)空間不僅更具開放性，也成為整個(gè)社區(qū)最有辨識(shí)度、最有時(shí)代記憶的場(chǎng)所。原先單調(diào)、不連續(xù)的建筑立面，通過一組輕質(zhì)屋頂，不僅功能整合，空間也有效連接。

This is a gathering place in the countryside and also a future architectural scene of “blending art and style”. As the living area for the family members of pyrite mine, Xikou “rural future community” has reserved no more than three floors of industrial and mining buildings, such as hospitals, dance halls, schools for the children of employees, and auditorium. The reconstructed buildings and their square space are not only more open, but also become the most recognizable and time memory place of the whole community. The original monotonous and discontinuous building facade, through a group of lightweight roofs, not only integrates functions, but also effectively connects the space.

龍游發(fā)糕、溪口咸肉筍、沐塵水庫(kù)魚、三衢石林雞……一道道浙西風(fēng)土美食在社區(qū)共享食堂重現(xiàn)。設(shè)計(jì)將原職工食堂改造為共享食堂。在滿足公共和接待用餐的同時(shí)，為黃泥山小區(qū)80歲以上老人提供配送餐服務(wù)。

與共享食堂毗鄰的鄉(xiāng)村禮堂由原電影院改造，采用相同的屋頂形式復(fù)刻，增加半室外空間，成為“遠(yuǎn)親不如近鄰”的未來鄰里場(chǎng)景。禮堂現(xiàn)面向社會(huì)開放，已成為社區(qū)和當(dāng)?shù)啬酥琳麄€(gè)龍游縣域內(nèi)各種大型論壇活動(dòng)的舉辦地，同時(shí)提供線上會(huì)務(wù)預(yù)定服務(wù)，發(fā)揮禮堂的全時(shí)性利用。特別設(shè)置的一臺(tái)老式電影放映機(jī)，更讓社區(qū)老居民們集體追憶到那個(gè)奮斗的年代。

原籃球場(chǎng)及綠地改造為社區(qū)智慧運(yùn)動(dòng)場(chǎng)，是倡導(dǎo)“健康風(fēng)尚”的未來健康場(chǎng)景：將原有老舊的場(chǎng)地和空間重新打造，通過明亮的色彩營(yíng)造社區(qū)年輕、健康的氛圍，同時(shí)植入智慧運(yùn)動(dòng)短視頻功能，自動(dòng)捕捉每個(gè)人運(yùn)動(dòng)過程中的精彩瞬間，并可通過手機(jī)端制成短視頻發(fā)布傳播，將智慧運(yùn)動(dòng)場(chǎng)打造成一處年輕人的網(wǎng)紅打卡地，更使這里成為除了球場(chǎng)功能之外，天生「C位」的社交場(chǎng)所，真正體現(xiàn)體育「以友誼、團(tuán)結(jié)和公平精神互相了解」的魅力。

2020年6月，溪口鄉(xiāng)村未來社區(qū)首屆籃球聯(lián)賽，讓這里擁有了久違的熱鬧，沉睡的黃鐵礦黃泥山已經(jīng)醒來，不少老人看得熱淚盈眶，眼前仿佛又浮現(xiàn)出20多年前黃泥山社區(qū)繁華似錦的景象。

Hometown communication: maker garden

設(shè)計(jì)以輕介入手法改造原有水池，保存現(xiàn)狀樹林形成的半圍合空間，移除水池中雜亂的假山，改造為鋼格柵打底的旱噴，花瓣形的水池壁與外部種植池改造為花瓣型趣味座椅，成為一處輕松舒適、體驗(yàn)低碳鄰里互動(dòng)的空間。改造后，假山水池變成了旱噴泉，封閉的空間被打開后，村民們可坐可躺可嘮嗑。創(chuàng)客花園成為附近居民最愛的去處，尤其是炎炎夏日夜晚，一群小孩子在噴泉間蹦蹦跳跳，品味世間最純真的快樂。

The design uses light intervention method to transform the original pool, preserve the semi enclosed space formed by the current forest, remove the disordered rockery in the pool, and transform it into a dry spray with steel grid as the bottom. The petal shaped pool wall and the external planting pool are transformed into petal type interesting seats, which makes it a relaxed and comfortable space for experiencing low-carbon neighborhood interaction. After the renovation, the rockery pool became a dry fountain. After the closed space was opened, villagers could sit, lie and chat. Maker garden has become a favorite place for nearby residents. Especially in the hot summer night, a group of children are jumping among the fountains to taste the most pure happiness in the world.

未來社區(qū)一期完工后，我們欣喜地看到，年輕人在夜晚的智慧運(yùn)動(dòng)場(chǎng)結(jié)隊(duì)打球揮灑汗水；小朋友在家人的注視下，圍著球場(chǎng)周圍的彩色跑道來回奔跑；旁邊是傳統(tǒng)與現(xiàn)代融合的建筑，旱噴廣場(chǎng)周圍老人們躺在造型舒適的木長(zhǎng)凳上閑聊；共享食堂里美味飄香，可以享受經(jīng)濟(jì)又美味的食物；鄰里盒子里大家歡聲笑語，智能設(shè)施給大家?guī)砹硕喾N便利；共享圖書館環(huán)境清雅，深得居民喜愛……
