在設(shè)計思路為微更新把原有違建演變成新的小插件安放在院子里使整體空間得到改善，從外觀看起來并沒有多大的變化。并且引入年輕創(chuàng)業(yè)者與原住戶形成很好的共生模式，激活街道激活合院；做到城市更新

詳細(xì)說明：

北京胡同和四合院代表著北方建筑特有的樣式，經(jīng)過了時間的洗禮，有些被完整保存下來，而有些卻面目大改。這里坐落著兩百多處合院，而最初的合院樣式所剩卻寥寥無幾。大雜院就是在時代的更替下由合院演變而來。院內(nèi)的住房越搭越多盡管有很多的不便之處，但在中國傳統(tǒng)文化氛圍中逐漸形成了一家有難大家?guī)椭娜穗H關(guān)系，如今雜院多數(shù)為空，原住戶多為孤寡老人，年輕人逐漸流失等等問題正是我們這次設(shè)計要解決的。在設(shè)計思路為微更新把原有違建演變成新的小插件安放在院子里使整體空間得到改善，從外觀看起來并沒有多大的變化。并且引入年輕創(chuàng)業(yè)者與原住戶形成很好的共生模式，激活街道激活合院；做到城市更新。

^{Hutong and courtyard in Beijing represent the unique style of northern architecture. After the baptism of time, some of them have been completely preserved, while others have changed greatly. There are more than 200 courtyards, but the original courtyard style is very few. The compound courtyard evolved from the compound courtyard under the change of the times. Although there are many inconveniences, the more housing in the courtyard, the more difficult the interpersonal relationship has gradually formed in the atmosphere of traditional Chinese culture. Nowadays, most of the miscellaneous courtyards are empty, the former residents are mostly widowed elderly, and the young people are gradually losing, and so on, which are the problems we should solve in this design. The design idea is to change the original violation into a new small plug-in in the yard for micro-updating, so that the overall space can be improved, and the appearance does not seem to change much. And introduce young entrepreneurs and original households to form a good symbiotic model, activate the street and activate the courtyard; achieve urban renewal.}
