項(xiàng)目以“錦瑭”為名，瑭者，玉也，錦瑭，錦城之玉也，寓意江山如佳玉之水固，國(guó)壽如高山之綿長(zhǎng)。這是一個(gè)規(guī)劃及落地的AIP（Aging In Place）全齡養(yǎng)老社區(qū)。結(jié)合獨(dú)立養(yǎng)老--護(hù)助養(yǎng)老--護(hù)理養(yǎng)老三個(gè)不同階段，打造符合全生命周期的景觀設(shè)計(jì)。設(shè)計(jì)針對(duì)老年群體的行為模式特征以及身心需求，在空間里植入五感花園（感官刺激花園），園藝療愈園（園藝體驗(yàn)、芳香種植園），五行藥理花園（中醫(yī)五行對(duì)照人體臟器），康養(yǎng)健身花園（運(yùn)動(dòng)活力花園、適老器械、適老空間），康復(fù)花園（失智老人療愈園），以及利用屋頂空間打造的都市農(nóng)業(yè)體驗(yàn)療愈園。

依據(jù)馬斯洛需求層次理論，景觀設(shè)計(jì)希望打造一個(gè)被賦予安全感、舒適感、歸屬感、被尊重、自我價(jià)值的身心靈安放之地，將老成都人的記憶與現(xiàn)代養(yǎng)老方式相結(jié)合，在空間里還原品茶、遛鳥(niǎo)、聽(tīng)?wèi)虻劝殡S老一代成都人熟悉的休閑場(chǎng)景，讓老人置身其中猶如平凡日常，并從食、住、養(yǎng)、娛、護(hù)五大方面，讓他們?cè)诖松钅芾嫌兴鶎W(xué)、老有所依、老有所養(yǎng)、老有所樂(lè)、老有所護(hù)。

入口利用地形的微高差形成溫婉柔和的層層景觀疊水，其設(shè)計(jì)靈感源于古時(shí)園林模式之“一池三山”，一池指太液池，三山指神話(huà)中東海里的蓬萊、方丈、瀛洲三座仙山，并有仙人居之。三顆特型羅漢松屹立其中，寓意長(zhǎng)壽，平安，吉祥，襯托出山水畫(huà)卷。流動(dòng)的水景也有效的提高和保持水景水質(zhì)，帶來(lái)靈動(dòng)的景觀效果，源源不斷的水流也象征著生生不息。

康體花園位于步道最寬處，也在園區(qū)中心區(qū)域。園區(qū)內(nèi)設(shè)置了可容納10-20人同時(shí)活動(dòng)的康體廣場(chǎng)，配置器械健身區(qū)，作為復(fù)合型空間，老人們能在此鍛煉活動(dòng)。地面鋪裝平整、防滑，器械則以舒緩的、具康復(fù)功能的體能訓(xùn)練及認(rèn)知訓(xùn)練類(lèi)的適老化器材為主。在晚上9:30之前，這里都有足夠的照明保障老人的安全。器械一旁設(shè)置了休閑花廊供老人休憩、閑談，植物與廊架交織在一起，斑駁的陽(yáng)光恰到好處的灑到適老化座椅上，空間開(kāi)敞而溫暖。
