在迅猛的城市化浪潮下,社區(qū)校園成為傳統(tǒng)住區(qū)配套空間,孩子們的精神家園因妥協(xié)于社會發(fā)展而受到或多或少的侵蝕。我們期待這樣一個地方,它守護(hù)者孩子們記憶里的溫情,并伴隨他們感知世界。
In the rapid process of urbanization, we are enjoying the convenience of the city with the cost of the erosion of our spiritual home, which seems to be the death of the present era. Perhaps such a place, it guards the warmth in children's memory, accompanied by their perception of the world.
It's both a sales office and a nursery
翡翠江來幼兒園是皖贛旭輝開發(fā)的一所幼兒園,位于合肥市肥西縣。項(xiàng)目建設(shè)初期作為開發(fā)商售樓處進(jìn)行營銷銷售使用,后期則轉(zhuǎn)為社區(qū)幼兒園來進(jìn)行使用。
Feicuijianglai nursery is a nursery developed by Xuhui, Hefei. It is located in Feixi County, Hefei city. In the early stage of the project construction, it will be used as the Sales Office of the developer for marketing and sales, after that, it will be a community nursery.

The evolution of community kindergarten
幼兒園先期作為售場而存在,使得園區(qū)開發(fā)能有更多的造價支持和設(shè)計空間。在此基礎(chǔ)上,我們試圖尋找社區(qū)幼兒園更多的可能性,期待其高于功能、富於想像。
相較于傳統(tǒng)的售場空間,我們更希望通過本案的雙重身份來尋找兩者之共性,設(shè)計中通過將童年天真浪漫之情感與售場的表演性空間相結(jié)合,放大幼兒空間中的場所精神。
Compared with the traditional space of selling props and the conventional community nursery, the compound space is more willing to find out the commonness of the two. In the design, the naive romantic feelings of childhood are combined with the performing space needed by the sales office to enlarge the site spirit of children's space.

Front end survey
通過實(shí)際網(wǎng)絡(luò)問卷調(diào)查的實(shí)際大數(shù)據(jù)研究,分別以孩子、家長、教職三個群體設(shè)置相應(yīng)的功能模塊植入,使空間功能得到進(jìn)一步完善。
Through the actual big data research from network questionnaire survey, the corresponding function modules are set up in three groups: children, parents and teachers, so that the spatial functions can be further improved.

"Hand in hand" with architecture
地塊中1/3的室外場地在建筑屋頂,因此景觀與建筑需要有更緊密的聯(lián)系。在對建筑布局的分析后,通過交通設(shè)計使建筑體塊與景觀空間建立更緊密的聯(lián)系性,從而激發(fā)景觀空間的三維活性。
One third of the outdoor sites in the plot are on the roof of the building, so the landscape and the building need to be more closely linked. After analyzing layout of the building, the construction block and landscape space can be more closely linked via the traffic design, so as to stimulate the three-dimensional activity of the landscape space.
Happy "sparrow" and three-dimensional traffic space
主體空間中,我們希望能有一顆大樹來承載孩子的童年自然感知記憶。孩子們的心靈場所是通過現(xiàn)實(shí)世界的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和想象力一起交織建設(shè)的,因此充滿想象力的空間與非凡的體驗(yàn)更能激發(fā)孩子的想象力,立體的交通布置希望孩子能像麻雀一般在大樹中享受飛翔的快樂。
In the main space, we hope to have a big tree to carry the children's natural perception and memory of childhood. Children's spiritual place is constructed through the interweaving of real world experience and imagination, so the imaginative space and extraordinary experience can stimulate children's imagination more. The three-dimensional traffic layout hopes that children can enjoy ‘flying in the big tree’ like sparrows.

飛廊中設(shè)置感應(yīng)燈,在滿足交通需求的同時讓空中行走更具樂趣。在項(xiàng)目實(shí)景拍攝時,我們剛好遇到一組工人下班從屋頂下到地面回家,即有了上述的有趣畫面。
The flying gallery is equipped with induction lights to meet the traffic demand and make air walking more fun. During the actual shooting of the project, we just met a group of workers off duty from roof to the ground.

飛廊內(nèi)部使用規(guī)格較大的結(jié)構(gòu)件,以此保證可以不用立柱來支撐飛廊,從而使其更具飛翔的效果。玻璃欄桿使用漸變波點(diǎn)飾面,仿佛天空中的云朵,對視覺產(chǎn)生若隱若現(xiàn)的效果,給予孩子更多飛翔的勇氣。
In the flying Gallery, large-scale structural parts are used to ensure that no columns can be used to support the flying Gallery, to have a strong sense of flying. The glass railings are decorated with gradual wave points, as if the clouds in the sky have a subtle effect on vision, giving children more courage to fly.

利用裝飾圓環(huán)與滑梯相互受力來減少穩(wěn)定滑梯所需要的立柱數(shù)量,最終呈現(xiàn)出更具螺旋視感的滑梯空間,與飛廊的交通體系相互搭接配合,形成了獨(dú)特的視覺感受。
The number of columns required for stabilizing the slide that reduced by the mutual force of the decorative ring, and finally the slide space with a more spiral visual sense is presented, which is overlapped with the traffic system of the flying Gallery, forming a unique visual feeling.
進(jìn)入幼兒園時,孩子即從家庭環(huán)境中隨之轉(zhuǎn)換為校園環(huán)境,入口空間中更應(yīng)注重幼兒的心理關(guān)懷。內(nèi)包形式的入口在滿足家長接送功能的同時更強(qiáng)調(diào)父母能在空間中與孩子有多兩分鐘的陪伴,在孩子的環(huán)境轉(zhuǎn)換中起到過渡作用。
Step into the nursery, children will be transformed from the family environment to the campus environment, while more attention should be paid to children's psychological care in this space. The entrance in the form of inner package not only meets the function of parents' transportation, but also emphasizes that parents can have more than two minutes to stay with their children, which plays a transitional role in the transformation of children's environment.

通過楔形屋頂?shù)脑O(shè)置,使厚重的結(jié)構(gòu)件隱藏在人視角之外,從而讓屋頂從人視角度上看更加輕盈。
Through the setting of wedge-shaped roof, the thick structural parts are hidden out of the eyesight, so that it is more light from people’s view.
活動場地拐角空間的哈哈鏡墻提示孩子自我審視與思考,同時增強(qiáng)了跑動趣味性。整體因?yàn)殓R面的設(shè)置而使得空間在視覺上有更廣闊的感受,同時孩子們的人數(shù)也從視覺上多了一倍,仿佛歡樂也因此多了一倍。
The hall mirror wall in the corner space of the activity venue prompts children to self-examine and think, and enhances the fun of running. As a whole, the setting of the mirror makes the space have a broader visual experience. At the same time, the number of children has doubled from the visual point of view, as if the joy has also doubled.

哈哈鏡并非與地面垂直,而是設(shè)置了一定的內(nèi)角角度,原理同等于自拍角度的選取,從上而下的的視角能夠放大孩子的天真可愛感。同時這樣的設(shè)置也能更好地避免鏡面眩光問題和反射聚光問題。
Distorting mirror is not perpendicular to the ground, but set a certain internal angle. The principle is the same as the selection of self shooting angle. The top-down perspective can magnify the innocent and lovely feeling of children. At the same time, such a setting can better prevent the problem of specular glare and reflection focus.
屋頂之于孩子是更加肆意的空間,在空中無論是感官還是心靈都會是更加歡脫自在。在保證班級活動面積的前提下,空中應(yīng)該有更加富有想象力和荒誕的空間。
Roof is a more wanton space for children, and in the air, both the senses and the mind will be more comfortable. On the premise of ensuring the activity area of the class, there should be more imaginative and absurd space in the air.
基于場所特性將屋頂模擬成了不同的地貌特征。

The terraces flying upward
倚靠屋頂?shù)拇蠼嵌刃逼拢覀冊谖蓓斏蟿?chuàng)造了一片彩色的梯田。曲折上飛的道路與彩色的梯田空間形成了具有戲劇性的童話空間。
Relying on the large angle slope of the roof, we created a colorful terrace on the roof. The zigzag path and the colorful terrace space form a dramatic fairy tale space.
Hillside in "wheat field"
梯田的另一側(cè),我們順著建筑緩坡鋪滿了一片狼尾草,黃色的“麥田”連接著藍(lán)色的天空,仿佛在草坡中跳起來就能摸到藍(lán)天。
On the other side of the terrace, we spread a piece of Pennisetum along the gentle slope of the building. Yellow "wheat field" connects the blue sky, as the sky is touchable by jumping up in the grass slop.
Jungle in the air
利用室內(nèi)階梯教室的高度差,我們在屋頂獲得了足夠的覆土空間??臻g中得以布置一處空中叢林。待小樹開枝發(fā)芽之時,期望孩子們能在空中掠過樹梢。
Using the height difference of the indoor step classroom, we have got enough earth covered space on the roof. A jungle in the air can be arranged in the space. When the young trees are sprouting, I hope the children can skim the tops of the trees in the air.

Brushwork Technology
一次關(guān)于老工藝復(fù)興的實(shí)踐。相較于天然石材自身的價值感,多數(shù)傳統(tǒng)老工藝多使用更平常的材料耗費(fèi)更多人力,需要工人傾注更多專注力與情感。
A practice about the revival of old crafts. Compared with the natural stone's own sense of value, most of the traditional old crafts use more common materials, which costs more manpower and requires more attention and emotion from workers.

飛廊主體建設(shè)完成后因其合理的便利性,使其成為了工地建設(shè)過程中的主要人行通道。
After the completion of the main construction of the flying Gallery, it has become the main pedestrian passage in the construction process of the site, due to the reasonable convenience.

隨著時代的進(jìn)步與飛快發(fā)展,孩子們接觸到的世界日新月異,遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超越當(dāng)代人的社會認(rèn)知。我們企圖創(chuàng)造一個充滿想象力甚至荒誕的空間,但求孩子們在未來能夠回憶起曾經(jīng)有這么一個希望和他們一起追逐未來的地方。也許是那一棵樹,也許是那一片屋頂,也許是那個曾經(jīng)化身為麻雀的自己。
With the progress and rapid development of the times, the world children come into contact with is changing with each passing day, far beyond the social cognition of contemporary people. We are trying to create a space which is full of imagination and even absurdity, but we want children to be able to recall in the future that there was such a place where they hoped to pursue the future together. Maybe it's the tree, maybe it's the roof, maybe it's the self that once incarnated as a sparrow.
