重慶佳兆業(yè)?曉岸云起示范區(qū)景觀設(shè)計(jì) | GVL怡境國(guó)際設(shè)計(jì)

北極，是人們對(duì)于世界盡頭、極致秘境的想象與渴望。佳兆業(yè)?曉岸云起，結(jié)合重慶地形特征，對(duì)場(chǎng)地進(jìn)行重構(gòu)，打造“北極”主題立體式兒童活動(dòng)社區(qū)，為火爐之城重慶帶來(lái)不一樣的溫度與色彩。

^{The Arctic, the end of the world, represents people’s imagination and eagerness for the ultimate mysterious territory.  According to the topographic features of Chongqing City, GVL team reconstructed the site of Kaisa’s Clouds by the River, creating a vertical children’s playground with the theme of “the Arctic”, which brings different temperature and color for the Furnace City, Chongqing.}

Adventure Fantastic Arctic

以藍(lán)色主打的兒童活動(dòng)區(qū)，從北極冰川中提取靈感，用觀景棧道、互動(dòng)景墻、沙坑、攀爬網(wǎng)和滑梯等趣味景觀元素，給予場(chǎng)地獨(dú)特的記憶點(diǎn)，以豐盛的空間結(jié)構(gòu)與設(shè)計(jì)匠心容納孩子們的美好童年。

^{The children’s playground, designed mainly in blue, is inspired by the glacier of the Arctic. Based on flexible space structure and innovative design, and equipped with plank road, interactive landscape wall, sandpit, climbing net, slide, etc., it has become a unique space that accommodates wonderful childhood memories.}

這片爛漫美好的孩童空間，恰似北極露出的溫柔一角，它的豐盈與生機(jī)，是人們一次次冒險(xiǎn)奔赴的理由。

Encounter Mysterious Territory of Ice and Snow

弧形景墻蜿蜒向里，簡(jiǎn)潔的白沿著地面無(wú)限綿延，構(gòu)成冰原初印象。飄逸的精神堡壘延伸向上，直擊青空，則完成了場(chǎng)地力量的宣示。

^{The arc-shaped landscape wall winds inward, and the pure white extends infinitely along the ground, forming the first impression of a world of ice and snow. The ethereal spiritual fortress towers up towards the sky, revealing the power of the site.}

探覓 浮冰躍島

Explore Floating Ice and White Island 

水上有浮冰，一片一片，是冰塊融化后在水里“長(zhǎng)出來(lái)“的。浮冰的盡頭，是高高的白色島嶼，綠葉漫卷，光影交織，空間立體而神秘。

^{Floating on the water are pieces of “ice”, and at the end of the “ice” stands a white island covered by green leaves and interwoven with light and shadows, which contribute to a vertical and mysterious space.}

樂(lè)游 踏冰尋凌

Fun Time Look for Icicles over the Ice

冰川地形起伏躍動(dòng)，溪流蜿蜒向前，孩子們蹦蹦跳跳的身影，與絢爛熱烈的活動(dòng)器械一起，隱現(xiàn)于白色冰原之上。踏冰尋凌，極富樂(lè)趣。

^{With the glacial terrain undulating and the stream winding forward, children can play around the colorful recreation facilities and have a fun time over the “ice”.}

冰凌提煉而來(lái)的白色廊架簡(jiǎn)潔輕盈，在高高低低的路徑中，像冰屋般，帶來(lái)掩映的風(fēng)景，提供了遮擋、歇息的空間。

^{Icicle-inspired white corridor looks elegant and ethereal, which runs up and down like a igloo, providing people with beautiful views and shelters among green trees.}

一條紅色飄帶為場(chǎng)地增添了熱烈絢爛的色彩，同時(shí)以延展的動(dòng)勢(shì)串聯(lián)起整個(gè)場(chǎng)地。人們?cè)诩t色飄帶里奔跑活動(dòng)的同時(shí)，能一覽公園周邊的景致。

^{A long red “ribbon” runs along the site, connecting all spaces around the playground. Running or walking along the “ribbon” allows people to have a good view of the surrounding landscapes.}

疏掩有致的水杉林，為空間帶來(lái)更多細(xì)節(jié)以及自然的感召力。自然的魅力在于，無(wú)論多遙遠(yuǎn)與極寒之地，生命總能熱烈生長(zhǎng)。人們熱衷于探險(xiǎn)北極，不如說(shuō)是渴望回歸，回歸純粹與簡(jiǎn)單，在平凡里長(zhǎng)出豐盈，在喧囂里覓尋靜謐。

^{Well-arranged forest of metasequoia adds more details and natural appeal to the space.    The charm of nature lies in the strong vitality no matter how remote and extremely cold the area is. People’s enthusiasm for the Arctic is more the eagerness for returning to pureness and simplicity than just expeditions.}

Construction Process of the Clouds by the River 

項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)落地過(guò)程中，基于時(shí)間周期及曉岸云起的重要戰(zhàn)略意義考慮，怡境團(tuán)隊(duì)制作針對(duì)項(xiàng)目的施工可視化手冊(cè)，優(yōu)化了圖紙深度會(huì)審、施工圖交底、植物選型、材料定樣、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)跟蹤、復(fù)盤反思等一系列工作流程。解決了如河堤與兒童活動(dòng)平臺(tái)標(biāo)高、回填和開(kāi)挖成本、板材結(jié)構(gòu)及厚度要求等多種因素限制，以設(shè)計(jì)施工一體化實(shí)現(xiàn)了設(shè)計(jì)與落地的高效對(duì)接，為項(xiàng)目完美高效落地提供了有力支持。

^{Considering the time period and the strategic importance the Clouds by the River, GVL team made the whole construction process visualized, which includes the optimization and delivery of the drawings, the selection of plants and materials, on-site supervision, summary and reflection, etc. The integration of design and construction provides solutions to multiple problems, such as the elevation of embankment and children’s activity platform, the costs of backfill and excavation, and the requirements for panel structure and thickness, which leads to the smooth implementation of the project.}
