2021年是中國共產(chǎn)黨建黨100周年,嘉興作為黨的誕生地,紅船精神的發(fā)源地,被各界寄予厚望。為迎接建黨一百周年、進(jìn)一步提升嘉興的城市國際化品質(zhì),設(shè)計重點(diǎn)圍繞與群眾息息相關(guān)的紅色圣地、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、公共服務(wù)、生態(tài)環(huán)境四大領(lǐng)域,提升城市能級、改善城市面貌、增強(qiáng)民生福祉,以高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提升南湖片區(qū)城市品質(zhì)、擴(kuò)大紅色文化影響力。
2021 is the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. Jiaxing, as the birthplace of the party and the birthplace of red boat spirit, is highly expected by all walks of life. In order to meet the centenary of the founding of the Communist Party of China and further improve the international quality of Jiaxing City, the focus is on the four fields of red holy land, infrastructure, public service and ecological environment closely related to the public, to further improve the city's level, improve the city's appearance, enhance people's well-being, and to improve the city's quality and expand the red cultural influence in Nanhu District according to high standards.
目標(biāo)與挑戰(zhàn)
Objectives and challenges
作為嘉興的“紅心”和“綠心”目前南湖景區(qū)面臨以下兩大挑戰(zhàn):
(1)、“綠心”不夠綠:
生態(tài)環(huán)境有待提升:目前南湖片區(qū)水體渾濁、水動力不足且缺乏親水空間,場地內(nèi)多數(shù)植被過密、雜亂、有待整理。
交通聯(lián)系不方便:現(xiàn)有的滬昆鐵路及南溪西路對南湖片區(qū)造成了嚴(yán)重割裂,場地缺乏連續(xù)的慢行系統(tǒng)。
(2)、“紅心”不夠紅:
片區(qū)風(fēng)貌不協(xié)調(diào):場地內(nèi)缺乏革命圣地風(fēng)貌規(guī)劃,多數(shù)建筑風(fēng)貌與南湖景區(qū)主題不協(xié)調(diào)。
旅游主題不突出:現(xiàn)有旅游產(chǎn)品年代較老且設(shè)置分散,紅色主題不突出,缺乏主題游線組織。
As the "red heart" and "green heart" of Jiaxing, Nanhu scenic spot is facing the following two challenges:
(1) "Green heart" is not green enough:
The ecological environment needs to be improved. At present, the water body in Nanhu area is turbid, whose power is insufficient and lacks waterfront space. Most of the plants in the site are too dense and messy to be sorted out;
It's not convenient for traffic contact. The existing Hukun railway and Nanxi West Road have caused a serious traffic split in Nanhu area, and the site lacks a continuous non-motorized system.
(2) "Red heart" is not red enough:
The landscape of the area looks out of harmony. There is no landscape planning of revolutionary holy sites in the site, and most of the architectural styles are not in harmony with the theme of the South Lake Scenic Area.
Tourism theme is not prominent: the existing tourist attractions are scattered, the red theme is not prominent, there is no tourist route organization, and tourism products are old and scattered.

Design strategy
本方案突出“春到江南”的主題,將“紅船魂”與“江南韻”融合,是串聯(lián)整個方案設(shè)計的主線。
一、修邊幅,以水為脈,去硬還生,再現(xiàn)運(yùn)河情;
通過最小干預(yù)的手法,對現(xiàn)有局部已硬化的駁岸進(jìn)行生態(tài)化改造,形成連續(xù)的水上游線及多樣的生態(tài)岸線。
二、以葦片為語,重塑江南韻;
通過水、岸填挖方平衡的設(shè)計手法,形成特色的水生植物濕地景觀,打造獨(dú)具江南特色的濱水風(fēng)貌。
三、以多樣、無障礙慢行系統(tǒng)為線,體現(xiàn)親水親民;
構(gòu)建連續(xù)、便捷的慢行系統(tǒng),串聯(lián)各景點(diǎn),為市民及游客創(chuàng)造可達(dá)性強(qiáng)的游賞路線。
四、建設(shè)開放、人性化的景區(qū),凸顯紅色旅游區(qū)的國際范;
通過布局現(xiàn)代化的休閑商業(yè)服務(wù)設(shè)施,以及橋、亭、臺及城市小品等設(shè)施,滿足城市現(xiàn)代國際形象需求及市民、游客的游覽需求。
五、通過“初心”文化旅游軸、環(huán)南湖活力帶的建立,開展紅色旅游,再現(xiàn)紅船魂。
通過室內(nèi)、室外的VR設(shè)備等解說系統(tǒng),串聯(lián)景區(qū)重要景點(diǎn),形成特色的紅色文化游線。
The theme of "spring to Jiangnan" is highlighted in this scheme, which combines "red boat soul" with "Jiangnan rhyme", which is the main line of connecting the whole scheme design.
First, trim the border to take the water as the vein. At the same time, restore the natural channel and reappear the feeling of the canal;
By means of minimum intervention, the existing partially hardened revetment is ecologically reconstructed to form a continuous upstream water line and a variety of ecological shorelines.
Second, to reshape Jiangnan rhyme with reed slice;
Through the design method of balance of filling and excavation, the unique wetland landscape of aquatic plants is formed, and the unique waterfront style of Jiangnan is created.
Third, design a diverse and barrier-free non-motorized system to reflect the affinity for water and people;
Build a continuous and convenient non-motorized system to connect the scenic spots, and create a highly accessible tourist route for the citizens and tourists.
Fourth, build an open and humanized scenic spot to highlight the internationalization of the red tourism area;
Through the layout of modern leisure and commercial service facilities, bridges, pavilions, platforms and urban gadgets and other facilities, meet the modern international image of the city and the tourism needs of citizens and tourists.
Fifth, through the establishment of the "original heart" cultural tourism axis and the Nanhu Lake lively belt, we will carry out red tourism and reproduce the soul of the red boat.
Through indoor, outdoor, VR equipment and other interpretation systems, the scenic spots are connected in series to form a distinctive red cultural tourist route.

通過以上設(shè)計策略,對南湖進(jìn)行一次大膽的更新與提升,大大提高南湖的形象與地位。形成嘉興市的中央活力區(qū)及生態(tài)示范區(qū),在旅游層面加強(qiáng)打造泛南湖紅色旅游目的地。
Through the above design strategies, a bold update and upgrading of Nanhu will greatly improve the image and status of Nanhu area. And then, it will form the central vitality area and ecological demonstration area of Jiaxing and strengthen the Nanhu red tourism destination in the tourism level.
