教室及其中間

classrooms and the in-between


前沿教育模式探索更具互動(dòng)性、協(xié)作性、求知欲、以學(xué)生為中心的教學(xué)環(huán)境。因此,當(dāng)代學(xué)校建筑的目標(biāo)是模糊課堂上的正式教學(xué)與其中間地帶小會(huì)議室的非正式學(xué)習(xí)之間的界限。

Cutting edge education models explore a more interactive, collaborative, inquisitive, student-centred, teaching-learning environment. Consequently the goal of the contemporary school building is to blur the line between formal teaching in classrooms and the informal learning of the in-between spaces.

通過巧妙的空間設(shè)計(jì),非正式的學(xué)習(xí)空間可以容納非正式教學(xué),反之亦然。這種新的教育方式要求整個(gè)學(xué)校成為一個(gè)教學(xué)相長的環(huán)境。

With smart spatial design, informal teaching can inhabit the informal learning spaces, and vice versa. This new approach to education requires the entire school to become a teaching-learning environment.

小場地,大量功能

small site, lots of program


先前的BAU學(xué)校項(xiàng)目都呈現(xiàn)了建筑作為圖形在一片開放空間上的結(jié)果。這個(gè)項(xiàng)目(在一個(gè)較小場地中的小學(xué)和幼兒園)的圖形背景平面可以視為反轉(zhuǎn)-開放空間作為圖形在建筑的背景之中-- 更像羅馬大競技場或納爾沃納廣場,而非萊維敦或橡樹公園。

Previous BAU school projects have lead to outcomes of buildings as figures on a ground of open space. With this project (a primary school and a kindergarten on a smaller site) the figure ground plan can be perceived as the reverse – open space as figures in a ground of building – more Circus Maximus or Piazza Navona than Levittown or Oak Park.

非正式教與學(xué)

informal teaching and learning


該場地被設(shè)想為一個(gè)建筑平臺(tái),所需的各種開放空間都可從該平臺(tái)提?。哼\(yùn)動(dòng)場、幼兒園孩子的操場、小學(xué)生的庭院、兩所學(xué)校的入口、還有學(xué)校和人行道之間的一圈綠地。

The sitehas been conceived as a building podium with the various open spaces required,extracted from that podium: the sports ground; the playground for thekindergarten children; the courtyards for the primary school children;entrances for both schools; and a ring of green between the schools and thefootpath.

環(huán)繞著開放空間的梁容納了一個(gè)創(chuàng)新的網(wǎng)絡(luò)——傳統(tǒng)的學(xué)校走廊變成了一個(gè)松散而開闊的空間,鼓勵(lì)非正式的教學(xué)和學(xué)習(xí)。這些巨大的走廊為展覽和大型小組作業(yè)等非正式活動(dòng)提供了一些半封閉的學(xué)習(xí)空間。

What remains is in effect a meandering beam that runs around all the open spaces. This meandering beam contains a new innovative network – traditional school corridors have been transformed into lumpy and generous spaces where informal teaching and learning are encouraged. Within the largest of these corridors a number of semi-enclosed learning spaces are provided for informal events such as exhibitions and larger group work.

正式教與學(xué)

六道規(guī)則的橫梁呈太陽形匯集,容納了改良的教室,橫跨蜿蜒的梁。

Six regular beams chasing the sun, contain modified classrooms and straddle the meandering beam. 



在這些橫梁中,每兩個(gè)傳統(tǒng)教室都有一個(gè)玻璃墻面的會(huì)議室。這使得較小的學(xué)生小組能夠在不分散課堂注意力的情況下進(jìn)行交流,并且在老師的掌握范圍內(nèi)。

Within these beams, each pair of traditional classrooms is provided with a glass-walled meeting room. This enables smaller student teams to communicate without distracting the rest of the class, and still be within easy reach of the teacher.

建筑的非正式/正式部分在空間上、形式上和物質(zhì)上都有清晰的表達(dá)。

The informal / formal parts of the building are clearly articulated spatially, formally and materially.




位置,圖像學(xué)和抽象藝術(shù)

place, iconography and abstraction


該項(xiàng)目與中國古典園林學(xué)者克雷格·伊斯頓合作,結(jié)合本土常見的幾何圖形,通過構(gòu)架、縮放、挪動(dòng)、包裹、疊加和分層等多種意想不到的方式,將藝術(shù)和游戲融入學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境。

Working with Chinese classical garden scholar, Craig Easton, the project engages with local geometries and motifs via unexpected framing, scaling, slippage, layering, wrapping and more to further integrate art and play with the learning environment.




幼兒園源于德語,原意是兒童的花園

kindergarten is German for children’s garden


五個(gè)主題花園為幼兒園提供了不可思議的空間:在聯(lián)想花園中培養(yǎng)兒童的想象力并模擬實(shí)現(xiàn);在機(jī)能花園中跳躍攀爬、蕩秋千、滑滑梯鍛煉孩子的體能;在自然花園中挖土、種植、輕輕拍打、穿梭于竹海中,能夠培養(yǎng)孩子的自然意識(shí);在勞動(dòng)花園中孩子們可以學(xué)習(xí)農(nóng)作、家務(wù)以及培養(yǎng)管理能力;在感官花園中聞花的芳香、品草的味道、感受水的流動(dòng)、聆聽管道聲音、真實(shí)地觸摸、體驗(yàn)自然。

Five themed gardens provide the kindergarten with places to:dream, act and perform in the imagination  garden; to swing, climb, slide and jump in the muscle garden; to dig, plant, pat, and explore in the nature garden; to shovel, sweep, and organise in the work garden; and to smell the flowers, taste the herbs, feel the water, listen to the pipes, and touch the textures in the garden of the senses.

過去現(xiàn)在和未來

past, present and future


該項(xiàng)目成功證實(shí)了:古老的空間模式可以與當(dāng)前的教育理論一同作用,為后代提供當(dāng)代教學(xué)和學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境。

This project demonstrates that ancient spatial models can work together with current educational theories, to provide contemporary teaching and learning environments for future generations.
