場地梳理 Site Analysis

項目設計面積3,600平方米，有一半的面積落在未來大區(qū)的用地紅線外，場地南側是一條待建的規(guī)劃道路。形象界面的處理方式，以及較為局促的成本，將會給我們的設計帶來挑戰(zhàn)。

^{尺度認知 Scale Recongnition}

氣質(zhì)打造 Temperament shaping

山水之間，是水墨的肆意瀟灑，以自然詮釋逍遙自在，承載中華人文的審美精神。蘇州園林，更是千年富貴景致，以景敘述天地造化，涂抹中國人居的藝術意蘊。

^{Between the mountains and rivers, there are the wanton ink and wash, which interprets the carefree and comfort with nature, and carries the aesthetic spirit of Chinese humanities. Suzhou gardens are even more of a thousand-year-old rich and noble scenery, narrating the good fortune of the world with “Jing”, smearing the artistic connotation of Chinese traditional residence .}

設計策略Design Strategy

從地域文化出發(fā)，挖掘吳江當?shù)厝宋娘L景，提煉其中元素，讓這些文化片段融入場地氣質(zhì)中，形成項目的品牌風格。效仿東方園林層層遞進的院落式空間布局，小中見大，分段有序地進行打造。

^{Starting from the regional culture, excavate the local cultural landscape of Wujiang, refine its elements, and integrate these cultural fragments into the temperament of the site to form the brand and style of the project. Following the step-by-step courtyard-style spatial layout of oriental gardens, seeing the big from the small, and manufacture in an orderly manner.}

以「水墨」、「月」、「松」、「瓦片」、「浮橋」書寫吳儂軟語、庭院深深的蘇州情結....

三重門戶徐徐而立，設計將曲徑通幽之境展現(xiàn)在方寸之間。

在中國人居里面，這種儀式是方圓間伸展的姿態(tài)，是層層遞進的景致路程。

^{In the Chinese traditional residence, this kind of ritual is a gesture of stretching within the circles, and it is a progressive scenic journey.}

以小見大，曲徑通幽處，仿佛在園外天地，開一扇窗扉，窺見園內(nèi)景色。

^{Seeing the big from the small, the winding path leads to the secluded spot, as if you are outside the garden. Opening a window, see the scenery in the garden.}

現(xiàn)在與過去交相輝映在水面之中，自然相融，生機盎然。

歷史的背影漸行漸遠，但歷史賦予蘇州的性格和底蘊一直延伸。江南文脈跋涉千年，而我們用設計傳承，創(chuàng)新，讓姑蘇從歷史里“走出來”。

^{空間推導 Spacial derivation}

我們驚喜的發(fā)現(xiàn)江厙西路南側的顧家蕩河，水質(zhì)較為清澈。岸邊植被只需稍加梳理打造，就可以很好的借其天然的水岸人家之景融入到本案中。

^{We were pleasantly surprised to find that the water quality of Gujiadang River, located on the south side of Jiangshe West Road, was relatively clear. The vegetation on the shore only needs to be moderately sorted and shaped, and it can easily incorporate into this project by taking advantage of its existing waterfront residence scenery.}

結語

理想總是高于現(xiàn)實的，但設計的立意必須高于現(xiàn)實。
