東山少爺廣場(chǎng)位于廣州市越秀區(qū)東山口非常獨(dú)特的位置，一直以來都是東山口商業(yè)活力軸與居民生活軸的交匯點(diǎn)，也是公交站點(diǎn)的始發(fā)點(diǎn)與終點(diǎn)，更是人們搭乘地鐵前往新河浦歷史保護(hù)片區(qū)必經(jīng)的城市公共節(jié)點(diǎn)場(chǎng)所。

東山少爺廣場(chǎng)2000年經(jīng)歷過一次整飾翻新，十年過去，植物依舊綠意盎然，但廣場(chǎng)整體使用品質(zhì)低下，使用人群單一，公共維護(hù)不到位導(dǎo)致景觀構(gòu)筑物區(qū)變得消極，成了衛(wèi)生黑點(diǎn)與治安盲區(qū)。

Dongshan Shaoye Plaza ( Dongshan Young Master Park) underwent a renovation in 2000. Ten years later, the plants are still full of vigor , but the overall quality of the square is low that limits the composition of the crowd, and inadequate public maintenance has caused the landscape structure area to become negative, which makes the park become a hygiene loophole and security blind spots.

場(chǎng)地流線由枯燥的直線變?yōu)楦挥刑剿餍匀の兜那€。

本次提升改造的目標(biāo)是能夠令更多的社區(qū)居民能像使用自家客廳一般使用這個(gè)公共場(chǎng)所，即自在又自豪，同時(shí)能吸引更多的外來游客通過廣場(chǎng)游歷了解到廣州東山地域文化。最終，因?yàn)槭褂萌巳旱脑黾优c多元化，年輕活力與文化傳遞被點(diǎn)燃，真正激活從一個(gè)社區(qū)公共節(jié)點(diǎn)到下一個(gè)社區(qū)公共節(jié)點(diǎn)的能量傳遞。

^{The circulation of the site has changed from a boring straight line to a more exploratory and interesting curve. The goal of this upgrade is to enable more community residents to use this public place like using their own living room, that is comfortable and proud, and to attract more foreign tourists to learn about the regional culture of Guangzhou Dongshan through the square tour. In the end, because of the increase and diversification of the user population, the youthful vitality and cultural transmission are ignited, and the energy transmission from one community public node to the next community public node is truly activated.}

東山少爺廣場(chǎng)的景物與人物共同構(gòu)建了一幅幅立體的，隨時(shí)間變幻的空間畫面，其中樹木起到了非常重要的空間限定作用。小葉欖仁枝干分明，葉片不重疊的特性令陽光有層次地透過，斑駁撒落于地面。人在下部活動(dòng)，視野通暢。光線經(jīng)過葉子過慮形成自然美麗的光型圖案，空氣流暢而不急速，一份舒適而靜謐的感覺油然而生。

^{The scenery and characters of Dongshan Shaoye Plaza (Dongshan Young Master Park) together construct a three-dimensional, time-changing spatial picture, in which trees play a very important role in limiting space. Madagascar almond have distinct branches, and the non-overlapping leaves allow sunlight to pass through in layers and dappled on the ground. People move in the lower part and have a clear vision. The light passes through the leaves to form a natural and beautiful light pattern. The air is smooth and not fast, and a feeling of comfort and tranquility emerges spontaneously.}

東山少爺廣場(chǎng)有優(yōu)秀的樹頂遮蔽形成的穩(wěn)定空間感，有樹干作為軌跡參考形成天然的流動(dòng)感，唯獨(dú)缺少了樹干下面的另一個(gè)層次，讓人坐下來與之靜靜相處的內(nèi)容——草地。草地不處于人的腳底，而是“浮起來”，跟人的坐高一致。使用者在坐下時(shí)，因?yàn)闆]有背靠的原因，也因?yàn)闃涑爻叨鹊脑?，?huì)無意識(shí)地向后靠，觸碰到草坪。為了讓使用者能更關(guān)注到草坪的存在，設(shè)計(jì)師刻意分出另一個(gè)高程，把草坪托舉在亮眼的不銹鋼圈上，精致地“捧”到了人的眼前。

^{The Dongshan Shaoye Plaza (Dongshan Young Master Park) has a stable sense of space formed by the excellent tree-top refuge. The tree trunk is used as a reference for the formation of a natural flowing trajectory, but under the tree trunk there is a lack of layering, allowing people to sit down and get along with the content-Grass. The grass is not at the bottom of a person’s feet, but “floating” to match the height of the person’s sitting posture. When sitting down, due to the lack of a backrest or the scale of the tree pond, the user will unconsciously lean back and touch the lawn. In order to make users pay more attention to the existence of the lawn, the designers deliberately distinguished another elevation, keeping the lawn on a bright stainless steel circle, and then “holding” it to people’s eyes.}

場(chǎng)地上人們獨(dú)自休閑，三兩成趣，低聲細(xì)語。空間的流動(dòng)感與人的離散感，區(qū)域限定感一并構(gòu)成了既矛盾又互補(bǔ)的場(chǎng)域變奏曲。這種自然的流暢與變奏與幾何線性的形式語言似乎有先天的匹配優(yōu)勢(shì)，流暢自然變奏生趣。

On the park, people were relaxing alone, or whispering two-by-two. The sense of flow in space, the sense of separation of people, and the sense of regional limitation together constitute a contradictory and complementary “space variation”. This kind of natural fluency and variation and geometric linear formal language seem to have an innate matching advantage, and the fluency and variation are interesting.

石材的光面帶來猶如水面般對(duì)于上部樹冠，上部綠意光斑的豐富反影。光潔的質(zhì)感與弧線的形式語言相搭配，一條浮起來的光影彩帶，讓原本安靜的場(chǎng)所添加了一筆曼妙。

^{The smooth surface of the stone brings a rich reflection of the upper canopy and green spots on the upper part of the tree just like the water surface. The smooth texture is matched with the formal language of the arc. A floating ribbon of light and shadow adds a touch of grace to the originally quiet place.}

城市家具在樹蔭構(gòu)建的空間場(chǎng)景中，更像是在彌補(bǔ)低區(qū)的空間功能，而不是單純的，傳統(tǒng)意義的作為一種使用功能存在。它們即是坐凳，也是樹池，即是開放的公共城市家具，也是空間圍合道具，即是行走限定彷如“欄桿”，也是孩童可以踩踏奔跑的“賽道”。

he pattern of the combination of transparent green leaves and light on the upper part of the site has always been a beautiful scene that the designer wants to present to the citizens. A strip of light, a slice of silhouette, a touch of agility...Finally architects focused his attention on the urban furniture that serves as a stool and a flower pond.

設(shè)計(jì)師還額外關(guān)注到草坪在日夜更迭中的場(chǎng)景變化，夜幕降臨，景觀照明光暈越發(fā)明顯，一灘一灘自然散落在弧形的坐凳上。下班高峰時(shí)段過去，城市節(jié)拍慢下來，逐漸放下忙碌心情的人們放緩腳步，在這里享受片刻愜意，享受暖光下草坪給予的溫柔治愈。場(chǎng)地上部疏透綠色葉片與光線組合的圖案感一直是設(shè)計(jì)師想重點(diǎn)呈現(xiàn)給市民的美好景象。一道光帶，一片剪影，一絲靈動(dòng)……最終設(shè)計(jì)師把目光聚焦在即作為坐凳同時(shí)作為花池圍擋的城市家具上。

場(chǎng)地的模樣顯然不是被設(shè)計(jì)師空想出來的，而是場(chǎng)地使用者自發(fā)構(gòu)成了它的初始基因，經(jīng)過設(shè)計(jì)者與管理者對(duì)多元屬性的合理添加，置入時(shí)間的變量，并以長期維護(hù)，共同監(jiān)督的使用方式來引導(dǎo)出來的。這樣的場(chǎng)地才會(huì)在改造后長久獲得市民的喜愛，發(fā)揮出除了美以外的，更契合未來城市發(fā)展變遷的多元使命。
