“五百里滇池，奔來(lái)眼底，披襟岸幘，喜茫茫空闊無(wú)邊?！钡岢爻嘏夏菗u曳的垂柳，漫天的水草，遍地的蘆葦，以及點(diǎn)綴其間的翠綠小鳥(niǎo)和幾抹燦爛的紅霞，讓人能以最原始的方式面對(duì)天地、自然，覺(jué)知內(nèi)心的歡喜。在這里，生活之處亦即旅居養(yǎng)生時(shí)光的開(kāi)始。

The swaying weeping willows, the water plants and the reeds all around the Dianchi Lake, and the emerald green birds and a few brilliant red clouds dotted between them allow people to face the world and nature in the most original way, and to be aware of their inner joy. Here, where you live is also where you start your journey of wellness.}

綠地香港·滇池國(guó)際健康城臨滇池而建，緊靠昆明濕地公園——撈魚(yú)河公園。周邊楊柳環(huán)抱，又有湖景為伴，春日鶯飛草長(zhǎng)，生機(jī)盎然；秋天樹(shù)木叢生，百草豐茂。我們認(rèn)真研究旅居康養(yǎng)人群在社區(qū)生活中的功能訴求，并體現(xiàn)在空間布局、動(dòng)線組織等點(diǎn)滴細(xì)節(jié)中，以穿越秘境之旅，打造出一個(gè)能夠承載賞月觀湖、煮茶論酒的休閑養(yǎng)生社區(qū)。

^{Greenland·Dianchi International Health City is built adjacent to Dianchi Lake, close to Kunming Wetland Park-Laoyuhe Park, surrounded by willows, accompanied by lake scenery, spring warblers and grass grow, full of vitality; in autumn, trees are lush, and grasses are luxuriant. In this project, we earnestly studied the functional demands of the healthy lifestyle in the community and reflected them in the details of the spatial layout, traffic passage composition, etc., to create a journey through the secret land and a health-preserving community of mood, scenery, tea and wine.}

儀式感的開(kāi)端 開(kāi)啟穿越秘境之旅 

The beginning of ritual Start a journey through the secret land

穿越秘境之旅的起點(diǎn)，我們以精致的格柵景墻作為旅行儀式的開(kāi)端，帶領(lǐng)人們開(kāi)啟這場(chǎng)秘境之旅。在這里，人們可以暫時(shí)逃離城市的喧囂，進(jìn)入一個(gè)真正享受安靜、聆聽(tīng)自然的生活之所。這里的靜，不是靜止無(wú)趣的靜，而是富有層次和律動(dòng)的靜。

^{As the starting point of the journey through the secret land, we use the exquisite grille facade as the beginning of the ritual travel. Here, people can temporarily escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enter a shelter where they can truly enjoy quietness and listen to nature. The quietness here is not just boring quietness, but is rhythmical and fulfilling.}

穿行而過(guò)，熏風(fēng)輕拂，銀杏的葉子，櫸樹(shù)清新的嫩綠，帶著青翠欲滴的水氣。參差錯(cuò)落的灌木組團(tuán)訴說(shuō)著自然四季更替的耳語(yǔ)。

^{Passing by, we sense the gentle breeze, the leaves of ginkgo, the fresh green of the zelkova, with the verdant moisture. The jagged clusters of bushes are narrating the change of the natural seasons.}

在一花一草一木的秘境之旅 看見(jiàn)滇池池畔的旅居養(yǎng)生生活 

A journey in the secret land of flowers, grass and trees.  Seeing the fine and healthy life by the Dianchi Lake. 

在社區(qū)營(yíng)造和秘境之旅中，我們?cè)噲D把物質(zhì)、情感和精神生活相互交融，讓空間有更多的自然力與精神力。在這里，孩子們可以在陽(yáng)光草坪上玩耍嬉鬧、老人在花園氧吧嘮叨納涼、朋友在林蔭步道夏夜閑談。

^{In the journey of secret land community construction, we try to blend materials, emotions and spiritual life with each other, so that the space has more natural and spiritual forces.Here, children can play and frolic on the sunny lawn, old people can chitchat and enjoy the coolness in the garden, and friends can converse on the tree-lined trail in summer night.}

池——知覺(jué)

在繁星滿天的池畔，感受滇池的詩(shī)意

進(jìn)是寬闊靜謐的滇池池畔，退是綠意盎然的林下空間，進(jìn)退有據(jù)，悠游自在。簡(jiǎn)潔而有韻律的立面、錯(cuò)落有致的花境、取水于自然的水景、靈動(dòng)輕盈的藝術(shù)雕塑，仿若置身自然夢(mèng)境，帶著滿心歡喜探于秘境之旅。

How the light and shadow change when they fall on the lawn, the crawling tracks of insects, the new branches and buds of plants and flowers...These details of life have emerged in the secret land, and the distance between people and the earth has been shortened exponentially. 場(chǎng)——視覺(jué)

在草坪的懷抱中，遇見(jiàn)土地的故事

寬闊的陽(yáng)光草坪溫柔地承載了人們的茶余生活，包容住了人們的身心。光影落在草坪上會(huì)如何變化，蟲(chóng)子爬行的軌跡，植物、花卉新長(zhǎng)出的枝芽……這些生活的“毛邊兒”，在秘境中浮現(xiàn)了出來(lái)，人與土地的距離成倍地縮短，生活也隨之立體、生動(dòng)了起來(lái)。

廳——聽(tīng)覺(jué)

在社交對(duì)話中，聆聽(tīng)鄰里的聲音

在廊下長(zhǎng)椅閑坐獨(dú)處，感受清風(fēng)拂面；與鄰里好友相約下午茶、縱情暢談；攜寵物相伴而行，享受愜意時(shí)光；不論是獨(dú)處還是歡聚， 不同人群的社交需求都可以在這里得到滿足。這里既是適宜獨(dú)處、安放自我的空間，也是與周遭人事產(chǎn)生親密連接的場(chǎng)域。

園——嗅覺(jué)

在花的藝術(shù)中，聞見(jiàn)生活的芬芳

靜心在花園氧吧漫步，空氣中彌漫的花朵清香使人們沉浸到整個(gè)自然生態(tài)空間。在花草間，收獲著美的享受。

林——觸覺(jué)

在植物的饋贈(zèng)中，感受自然的治愈

自然式種植的植物形成靈動(dòng)的林下空間，萬(wàn)物生長(zhǎng)，郁郁蔥蔥。在這里，人們可以與草木為伍，并將對(duì)自然的感受融入生活，創(chuàng)造屬于自己的生活方式。

秘境之旅的收官  延續(xù)滇池池畔的美好生活

浮生滋味萬(wàn)千，四季風(fēng)景流轉(zhuǎn)。

繼綠地香港·滇池國(guó)際健康城展示區(qū)在2017年開(kāi)放后，大區(qū)于2020年交付完成。社區(qū)的調(diào)性延續(xù)展示區(qū)的氣質(zhì)，將有吉祥如意和白頭偕老美好寓意的孔雀根植于社區(qū)場(chǎng)景中，讓這份美好得以延續(xù)。

比起忙碌喧囂的城市生活，滇池池畔的生活簡(jiǎn)單真實(shí)，讓人回歸一種安靜沉思的生活。人在其間，觀山望月、賞花聽(tīng)雨，人也成了自然的一部分，活的踏實(shí)、安定。

在本案中，我們盡量去掉設(shè)計(jì)的痕跡，將自然本身的治愈性和場(chǎng)所本身的包容性凸顯出來(lái)。項(xiàng)目隱在自然之間，融入生活之中。這個(gè)由空間和自然共同構(gòu)建出的社區(qū)，滋養(yǎng)的是情感，浸潤(rùn)的是精神，激蕩出一種共鳴，凝結(jié)出一份認(rèn)同。

^{Compared with the busy and hustle and bustle of city life, the life by the Dianchi Lake is simple and genuine, which makes people return to a quiet and contemplative life. People are, in the meantime, watching the mountains and gazing the moon, admiring flowers and listening to the rain, and they have also become a part of nature, living a stable and fulfilling life.}

^{In this project, we try to remove the traces of design, highlighting the healing nature and the inclusiveness of the place itself. The project is hidden in nature and integrated into life. This community, constructed by space and nature, nourishes emotions and infiltrates spirits, arousing resonance and condensing an identity.}
