城市景觀引人入勝之處在于：人在公共空間里活動(dòng)的各種場(chǎng)景。

人本能追求幸福，其中最重要的就是獲得感，而在此之前要建立人與人之間的聯(lián)系。

場(chǎng)地

SITE

項(xiàng)目位于漕寶路與中環(huán)路西北角。背靠多個(gè)大型辦公園區(qū)，南面為社區(qū)住宅。地鐵12號(hào)線(xiàn)出口直達(dá)商業(yè)內(nèi)部，城市公交落客點(diǎn)毗鄰商業(yè)中軸線(xiàn)位置，也是西面商業(yè)主入口位置，交通便利，人流密集。

The project is located at the northwest corner of Caobao Road and Zhonghuan Road. Backed by a number of large office parks, there are community residences to the south. The exit of Metro Line 12 leads directly to the interior of the business, and the city bus drop-off point is adjacent to the central axis of the business and is also the main entrance of the business to the west. The traffic is convenient and the flow of people is dense.

施工前的項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)狀是被綠植包圍的“孤島”。

施工后，擴(kuò)大了入口廣場(chǎng)面積，增加了IP互動(dòng)記憶點(diǎn)；通過(guò)對(duì)風(fēng)井立面、種植、鋪裝等的設(shè)計(jì)，增加了景觀層次；增加了水景互動(dòng)、小型口袋公園、戶(hù)外會(huì)客廳、小舞臺(tái)等，圍合更多功能活動(dòng)空間，增添了街頭活力，并營(yíng)造符合業(yè)態(tài)的商業(yè)景觀場(chǎng)所。

After construction, the  hard-paved area of the entrance plaza was expanded, and IP interactive memory points were added; through the design of the ventilation shaft facade, planting, paving, etc.,the layers of landscape were increased; the interactive waterscape, small pocket park, outdoor meeting room, small stage, etc. were added. These facilities enclose more functional activity spaces, increase street vitality, and create commercial landscape venues that conform to the types of the business.

這是一個(gè)非常典型的商業(yè)街區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)項(xiàng)目。我們充分調(diào)研了項(xiàng)目施工前的問(wèn)題以及客群需求，以此為前提通過(guò)星際旅行的概念，在架空的想象力中去研究場(chǎng)地活力。我們有意去營(yíng)造出向心的、有活力的、充滿(mǎn)可能性的空間。極具可持續(xù)與適應(yīng)未來(lái)發(fā)展的屬性，它是最具有生命力的空間。因此，星際旅行不單純是個(gè)抽象的概念，它象征著場(chǎng)地的巨大潛力，和年輕人對(duì)未來(lái)的無(wú)限憧憬。

This is a very typical commercial renovation project. We have fully investigated the problems before the project construction and the needs of the customer group, based on this premise, through the concept of interstellar travel, to study the vitality of the site in the overhead imagination.We deliberately create a space that is centripetal, energetic and full of possibilities. Very sustainable and adaptable to future development, it is the most vital space. Therefore, interstellar travel is not simply an abstract concept, it symbolizes the huge potential of the venue and young people's infinite vision for the future.

整體氛圍較施工前變得明亮、場(chǎng)景豐富、更具視覺(jué)沖擊的同時(shí)，客群購(gòu)物的體驗(yàn)感也隨之增強(qiáng)。

While the overall atmosphere has become brighter, richer in scenes, and more visually impactful than before construction, the shopping experience of customers has also been enhanced.

梳理動(dòng)線(xiàn)是項(xiàng)目至關(guān)重要的一步。由施工前的單一出入口，拓展為三個(gè)出入口，極大的提高了人流量。并增加公共休憩走廊，吸引市政道路上的群眾往商業(yè)界面上漫步。

Sorting out the circulation is a crucial step in the project. The single entrance and exit before the renovation was expanded to three entrances and exits, which greatly increased the flow of people. And increase the public recreational corridor, attract the people on the municipal road to stroll on the commercial interface.

西側(cè)街角廣場(chǎng)前左側(cè)高大的精神堡壘和重量級(jí)IP“IN兔”結(jié)合景觀氛圍營(yíng)造給人以難以忘卻的記憶點(diǎn)；“星光”密布的鋪裝和周?chē)牟莼ㄏ噍o相成，情趣盎然；地面的透光混凝土圖案指引人們進(jìn)入商業(yè)內(nèi)部。

In the west corner plaza, the tall spiritual fortress on the front left and the heavyweight IP "IN Rabbit" combined with the landscape atmosphere to create an unforgettable memory point; the dense paving of "starlight" and the surrounding grass and flowers complement each other and are full of fun; The light-permeable concrete pattern on the ground guides people into the commercial interior.

從西入口往東漫游，商業(yè)外街新潮的風(fēng)井立面廣告畫(huà)搭配淡雅的草花顯得格外吸睛。草花旁的透光混凝土座椅與環(huán)境相映成趣，到了夜晚，透光混凝土座椅更是烘托渲染出不一樣的氛圍。

Roaming from the west entrance to the east, the trendy advertisements on the facade of the ventilation shaft in the commercial outer street are particularly eye-catching with the elegant grass and flowers. The light-permeable concrete seats next to the grass flowers contrast with the environment, and at night, the light-permeable concrete seats give a different atmosphere.

節(jié)假日這里可以作為商業(yè)慶典活動(dòng)的場(chǎng)地，平時(shí)開(kāi)啟旱噴也可以是社區(qū)居民休閑納涼的好去處。

On holidays, it can be used as a venue for commercial celebrations, and it can also be a good place for community residents to relax and enjoy the cool.

商業(yè)慶典廣場(chǎng)位置正對(duì)公交車(chē)?？空?，我們打造了城市友好型景觀，為來(lái)來(lái)往往的各色人群提供了綠色安全的景觀停留點(diǎn)。商業(yè)有時(shí)也應(yīng)為城市的一部分，不能一味謀求商業(yè)利益最大化，提供一些便民、利民和為人民服務(wù)的設(shè)施，會(huì)成為推動(dòng)實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的一大動(dòng)力！

The location of the commercial celebration square is directly opposite the bus stop. We have created a city-friendly landscape and provided a green and safe scenic stop for everyone coming and going. Business should sometimes be a part of the city. You cannot blindly seek to maximize commercial benefits. Providing facilities that are convenient, beneficial and serve the people will become a major driving force for the development of the real economy!

如論是碧海藍(lán)天下的沙灘奇旅還是動(dòng)感單車(chē)的多人PK,亦或井市一番街的和服巡游。下沉廣場(chǎng)的精彩，引得地面來(lái)往的人們駐足觀望。

For example, whether it is a strange beach tour under the blue sea and blue sky, a multi-person PK on a spinning bike, or a kimono parade in Jingshi Ichiban Street. The excitement of the sunken square attracted people from the ground level to stop and watch.

在嚴(yán)肅冰冷的寫(xiě)字樓與熱鬧活力的商業(yè)空間，我們需要一處讓人駐足休憩的過(guò)度場(chǎng)所，也許只要一杯咖啡…一支煙…！讓休閑購(gòu)物的可以歇腳，蓄能再購(gòu)！讓忙碌的辦公人群可以小憩，獨(dú)立思考，緩解疲勞，以被下一場(chǎng)商業(yè)巔峰對(duì)決！

Between serious and cold office buildings and lively and vibrant commercial spaces, we need an excessive place where people can stop and relax, maybe just a cup of coffee... a cigarette...! Roof·Flower Sea

一般的商業(yè)屋頂只有大型中央空調(diào)機(jī)器、管道等設(shè)施。你一定想不到商業(yè)屋頂還可以這么美！

淡紫色的百子蓮與萼距花等交相呼應(yīng)，暗香疏影下常有情侶情不自禁的擁吻，或許也是被這景色打動(dòng)了吧。

Generally, commercial roofs have only large-scale central air-conditioning machines, pipes and other facilities. You must have never imagined that commercial roofs can be so beautiful!

The agapanthus and the calyx flower echo each other, and under the shadow of the fragrance, there are often couples who can't help but kiss each other. Perhaps it was also moved by the scenery.

過(guò)去很長(zhǎng)時(shí)間，傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)是活力的綜合體。但近年來(lái)隨著電商的發(fā)展，以及疫情的沖擊，大多數(shù)門(mén)店經(jīng)營(yíng)慘淡，許多大型的商業(yè)MALL紛紛倒閉，這不得不讓我們深思：如今的商業(yè)綜合體該何去何從？

For a long time in the past, traditional business was a dynamic complex. However, in recent years, with the development of e-commerce and the impact of the epidemic, most stores have been operating bleakly, and many large commercial malls have closed down one after another. This has to make us ponder: Where should today's commercial complexes go?

而于漕河涇印象城而言，它不單單是個(gè)購(gòu)物消費(fèi)、餐飲娛樂(lè)的地方，它更是一個(gè)城市旅人的片刻喘息之地；一個(gè)社區(qū)居民鄰里交流之地；一個(gè)公司白領(lǐng)的會(huì)客休閑之地等。在這一個(gè)個(gè)的活力點(diǎn)中，我們似乎找到了未來(lái)商業(yè)的發(fā)展動(dòng)向。作為客群中的一員，我們真正需要的是便捷的購(gòu)物方式，新奇的購(gòu)物體驗(yàn)，未來(lái)的購(gòu)物場(chǎng)景等。而作為管理者，則需要的是新型的管理模式，較低的維護(hù)成本，高效可持續(xù)的互動(dòng)空間等。

本次呈現(xiàn)的漕河涇印象城項(xiàng)目，旨在展示社區(qū)生活場(chǎng)景，改造城市街道空間，打造城市活力聚核點(diǎn)，展現(xiàn)一個(gè)如銀河般璀璨的未來(lái)商業(yè)MALL！

For CHJ IN CITY, it is not only a place for shopping, consumption, dining and entertainment, but also a respite for urban travellers; a place for community residents to communicate with neighbors; and a place for white-collar workers to meet and relax. In each of these vitality points, we seem to have found the development trend of future business. As a member of the customer base, what we really need are convenient shopping methods, novel shopping experiences, future shopping scenes, etc. As a manager, what you need is a new management model, lower maintenance costs, and efficient and sustainable interaction space.

The CHJ IN CITY project presented this time aims to showcase community life scenes, transform urban street spaces, create urban vitality hubs, and present a bright future commercial mall like a galaxy!
