中海大廈位于石景山區(qū)，南側(cè)緊鄰長(zhǎng)安街西延長(zhǎng)線，距離市中心約18公里，用地沿長(zhǎng)安街向北布局，蓮石路、阜石路位于項(xiàng)目南北兩側(cè)，地鐵一號(hào)線古城站臨近建設(shè)用地，擁有優(yōu)越的交通條件。

Located in Shijingshan District, Zhonghai Building is adjacent to the west extension line of Chang'an street in the south, about 18km away from the city center. The land is arranged to the north of Chang'an Street, while Lianshi road and Fushi road are located on the north and south sides of the project. The Ancient City Station of Subway Line 1 is close to the construction land, which provides superior traffic conditions.

中海大廈從石景山區(qū)“小而美、小而精、小而優(yōu)”的消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)體系出發(fā)，以高新技術(shù)企業(yè)和現(xiàn)有屬地企業(yè)為目標(biāo)客戶(hù)，以頂級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)構(gòu)筑多維商業(yè)時(shí)空通道，景觀設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)格以現(xiàn)代景觀為主。

Starting from the consumption structure system of "small and beautiful, small and fine, small and excellent" in Shijingshan District, Zhonghai Building takes high-tech enterprises and existing territorial enterprises as target customers, constructs a multi-dimensional commercial space-time channel with top standards, and the landscape design style is mainly modern landscape.

景觀小品以現(xiàn)代簡(jiǎn)潔設(shè)計(jì)為主，延續(xù)建筑線性感強(qiáng)烈的設(shè)計(jì)語(yǔ)言，根據(jù)構(gòu)筑物形式進(jìn)行解讀運(yùn)用在設(shè)計(jì)中。

The landscape sketch focuses on modern and concise design, continues the strong design language of architectural line, interprets and applies it in the design according to the form of structures.

1.設(shè)計(jì)策略

Design Strategy

建筑由南向北呈臺(tái)階狀跌級(jí)，建筑立面的黑色線條，是項(xiàng)目的顯著特征。設(shè)計(jì)師將建筑語(yǔ)言引入景觀對(duì)消防登高面及消防通道弱化及軟化，通過(guò)對(duì)建筑語(yǔ)言的延展?fàn)I造出現(xiàn)代、莊重、細(xì)節(jié)豐富的景觀氛圍。

The building steps down from south to north, while the black lines of the building facade are the remarkable features of the project. The designer introduced architectural language into the landscape, weakened and softened the fire climbing surface and fire passage, and created a modern, solemn and detailed landscape atmosphere through the extension of architectural language.

設(shè)計(jì)師通過(guò)有節(jié)奏和模數(shù)的特色鋪裝結(jié)合景觀水景及特色種植，形成多層次的景觀空間，打造充滿活力的寫(xiě)字樓氣氛，綠化適宜的寫(xiě)字樓景觀空間。

Through rhythmic and modular characteristic pavement, combined with landscape waterscape and characteristic planting, the designer forms a multi-level landscape space, creates a vibrant office building atmosphere and greening a suitable office building landscape space.

Design Highlights

主入口區(qū)

Main Entrance Area

利用入口環(huán)島水景進(jìn)行交通分流，與入口南側(cè)的跌水水景相互呼應(yīng)；水池中的特色樹(shù)種種植營(yíng)造精致、優(yōu)雅的入口空間氛圍。

Traffic diversion is carried out by using the island surrounding waterscape at the entrance, which echoes with the falling waterscape at the south of the entrance. The planting of characteristic tree species in the pool creates a delicate and elegant entrance space atmosphere.

次入口空間

Secondary Entrance Space

次入口空間有地下車(chē)庫(kù)入口、中巴車(chē)停車(chē)位、自行車(chē)停車(chē)位，承載較多交通功能，利用植物種植軟化硬性構(gòu)筑物，豐富空間層次。

The secondary entrance space includes underground garage entrance, medium bus parking space and bicycle parking space, which carries more traffic functions. Plants are used to soften hard structures and enrich the space level.

休閑庭院區(qū)

Leisure Courtyard Area

根據(jù)城市規(guī)劃，用地西側(cè)為城市綠地，此區(qū)域位于項(xiàng)目用地西南角，利用多層次的植物種植配合休閑座椅，旨在打造一個(gè)干凈簡(jiǎn)潔的現(xiàn)代休閑庭院區(qū)，與西側(cè)城市綠地遙相呼應(yīng)。

According to the urban planning, the west side of the land is urban green space, which is located in the southwest corner of the project land. Multi-level plant planting and leisure seats are used to create a clean and concise modern leisure courtyard area, which echoes with the urban green space in the west.

屋頂花園區(qū)

Roof Garden Area

屋頂花園景觀設(shè)計(jì)以簡(jiǎn)潔、現(xiàn)代，滿足辦公室室內(nèi)向室外展望的景觀需求，利用地被種植、灌木種植、條石和卵石打造具有秩序感的屋頂花園空間。

The landscape design of the roof garden is simple and modern to meet the landscape needs of the office from indoor to outdoor. The roof garden space with a sense of order is created by using land cover planting, shrub planting, strip stones and pebbles.

鋪裝設(shè)計(jì)

Pavement Design

項(xiàng)目鋪裝設(shè)計(jì)主要選用環(huán)保鋪裝材料，以求對(duì)生態(tài)環(huán)境有著保持和維護(hù)的作用。設(shè)計(jì)師本著以人為本的原則，在設(shè)計(jì)中注重使用者自身的場(chǎng)所感，充分考慮使用者在不同時(shí)間段的要求；同時(shí)，考慮周?chē)ㄖ奶攸c(diǎn)，在形式色彩、質(zhì)感、尺度設(shè)計(jì)上與建筑物相協(xié)調(diào)統(tǒng)一，確保項(xiàng)目整體風(fēng)格統(tǒng)一。

The pavement design of the project mainly selects environmental protection pavement materials in order to maintain the ecological environment.Based on the principle of people-oriented, the designer pays attention to the user's own sense of place in the design, and fully considers the user's requirements in different time periods. At the same time, considering the characteristics of the surrounding buildings, coordinate and unify with the buildings in form, color, texture and scale design to ensure the unity of the overall style of the project.

照明設(shè)計(jì)

Lighting Design

設(shè)計(jì)師以景觀照明為主，注重?zé)粜汀艟叩囊曈X(jué)效果，突出各自的景觀特點(diǎn)與主題。通過(guò)對(duì)園區(qū)內(nèi)特色喬灌木、構(gòu)筑物、小品等的燈光布置，力求打造北京寫(xiě)字樓新亮點(diǎn)；同時(shí)，有選擇地對(duì)觀賞性比較強(qiáng)的樹(shù)木花卉和有特殊種植方式的綠地進(jìn)行重點(diǎn)照明，打造藝術(shù)效果。

Designers focus on landscape lighting, pay attention to the visual effect of lamp types and lamps, and highlight their own landscape characteristics and themes.Through the lighting layout of characteristic trees and shrubs, structures and sketches in the park, the designers strive to create a new highlight of Beijing office buildings. In the meanwhile, selectively focus on lighting trees, flowers and green spaces with special planting methods to create artistic effects.

充分利用光和影、虛和實(shí)、動(dòng)和靜等照明技術(shù)手法展現(xiàn)區(qū)別于白天的夜景場(chǎng)景，同時(shí)選用了節(jié)約電量，高效低耗的節(jié)能光源產(chǎn)品。

Make full use of lighting techniques such as light and shadow, virtual and real, dynamic and static to show the night scene different from the daytime. At the same time, energy-saving light source products with power saving, high efficiency and low consumption are selected.

種植設(shè)計(jì)

Planting Design

設(shè)計(jì)師選擇抗病蟲(chóng)害強(qiáng)、易養(yǎng)護(hù)管理的植物，體現(xiàn)良好的生態(tài)環(huán)境和地域特點(diǎn)，優(yōu)先選用鄉(xiāng)土樹(shù)種，在統(tǒng)一的基調(diào)上力求豐富多樣，適當(dāng)引進(jìn)外來(lái)新優(yōu)植物，保證成活率的同時(shí)減少管理維護(hù)費(fèi)用。

The designer selects plants with strong disease and insect resistance, and easy maintenance and management, reflects good ecological environment and regional characteristics, gives priority to local tree species, strives to be rich and diverse in a unified tone, and appropriately introduces new and excellent foreign plants to ensure the survival rate and reduce management and maintenance costs.

充分發(fā)揮植物的各種功能和觀賞特點(diǎn)，合理配置；常綠與落葉比例3:7，速生與慢生相結(jié)合，喬灌草比例合理；構(gòu)成多層次的復(fù)合生態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)，達(dá)到人工配置的植物群落的自然和諧；注重種植位置的選擇，以免影響室內(nèi)的采光通風(fēng)和其他設(shè)施的管理維護(hù)。
