金色年華住宅區(qū)地處中山市五桂山自然風(fēng)景區(qū)北面，擁有優(yōu)越的自然條件兼具便利的城市交通，將在城市中心打造一個社區(qū)性、多功能活動公園社區(qū)。

社區(qū)中央水景與各個景觀的設(shè)計充分考慮到人居的舒適概念，采用公園級的造園標準，社區(qū)內(nèi)高綠化率，從步入社區(qū)就被綠意環(huán)繞，多重景觀，真正做到移步換景。

Golden Age residential area is located in the north of Wugui mountain natural scenic spot in Zhongshan City, with superior natural conditions and convenient urban transportation. It will build a community-based, multi-functional activity Park community in the city center.

The design of the central waterscape and various landscapes in the community fully takes into account the comfortable concept of human settlement, adopts the park level gardening standard, and has a high greening rate in the community. From entering the community, it is surrounded by green, multiple landscapes, and truly change scenery step by step.

本案景觀設(shè)計以“回歸自然、親近自然”為理念，尊重人類文化和自然，尊重人類與自然的相互關(guān)系，以人為本，打造出一個富有景觀性、社區(qū)性、多功能活動生態(tài)公園社區(qū)。

其中“活力、生態(tài)、藝術(shù)”是設(shè)計概念三大景觀看點：“活力”是打造多功能活動場地，“生態(tài)”是創(chuàng)建綠色家園，“藝術(shù)”是賦予景觀每個細節(jié)靈魂。

The landscape design of this case takes "returning to nature and getting close to nature" as the concept, respects human culture and nature, respects the relationship between human and nature, and is people-oriented, creating a landscape, community and multi-functional activity Ecological Park community.

Among them, "vitality, ecology and art" are the three landscape attractions of the design concept: "vitality" is to create a multi-functional activity site, "ecology" is to create a green home, "art" is to give the soul of every detail of the landscape.

本次設(shè)計很好的契合了“金色年華”主題，為適應(yīng)全方位需求，設(shè)置了多處運動、交流互動。

設(shè)計師更是在動態(tài)景觀中穿插、點綴靜態(tài)景觀，使整個景觀結(jié)構(gòu)動靜有序而又豐富多姿，并根據(jù)景觀不同規(guī)模分別處理適應(yīng)兒童和成人的尺度，細部完善，著實將藝術(shù)賦予每個景觀設(shè)計細節(jié)以靈魂。

This design fits well with the theme of "golden age". In order to meet all-round needs, many sports, exchanges and interactions are set up.

The designer intersperses and embellishes the static landscape in the dynamic landscape, so that the whole landscape structure is dynamic and orderly, rich and colorful. According to the different scales of the landscape, the designer deals with the scales suitable for children and adults respectively, and the details are perfect, which really endows art with the soul of each landscape design detail.

項目意在打造高端居住社區(qū)，充分利用周邊自然資源，創(chuàng)造和引導(dǎo)恬淡、愜意的生活方式，營造出悠然宜居的水居生活。

The project aims to build a high-end residential community, make full use of the surrounding natural resources, create and guide a quiet and comfortable lifestyle, and create a leisurely and livable water life.
