水孕育了地球上的生命與生態(tài)系統(tǒng),也塑造了千姿百態(tài)的大地景觀。人類很早就積累起水文知識并建設(shè)各類水利工程,支撐流域文明的發(fā)展,”理水”也成為人類詩意棲居和營造“天堂”園林的核心技術(shù)與藝術(shù)手段?,F(xiàn)代水文學(xué)(Hydrology)研究地球上水的分布、運動、變化及與環(huán)境相互作用的規(guī)律,并發(fā)展出河流水文學(xué)、城市水文學(xué)、工程水文學(xué)、生態(tài)水文學(xué)等不同分支,揭示了水與不同過程或因素的復(fù)雜作用關(guān)系。景觀水文學(xué)(Landscape Hydrology, LH)的概念最早出現(xiàn)于上世紀(jì)80年代,其目的是厘清景觀中各因素與水文之間的相互作用機制,進而更有效地管理、維護、修復(fù)并預(yù)測(水文)景觀變化。鑒于Landscape 概念跨越了地理、風(fēng)景園林、生態(tài)、環(huán)境、藝術(shù)等學(xué)科領(lǐng)域,景觀水文學(xué)也亟待清晰界定其概念、聚焦其目標(biāo),夯實其理論。

當(dāng)今世界面臨氣候變化、生物多樣性等危機。從聯(lián)合國可持續(xù)發(fā)展目標(biāo)(SDG)到中國的生態(tài)文明思想及美麗中國、健康中國、國家公園、海綿城市與韌性城市、長江大保護、黃河高質(zhì)量發(fā)展等國家戰(zhàn)略,圍繞水的各類議題均占據(jù)重要位置。景觀水文學(xué)作為一個極有前景的新興交叉研究領(lǐng)域,其發(fā)展也應(yīng)瞄準(zhǔn)世界與國家現(xiàn)實需求,沉淀科研成果,廓清技術(shù)框架,提煉創(chuàng)新方法,以解決現(xiàn)實問題,實現(xiàn)涉水規(guī)劃設(shè)計工程應(yīng)用實踐與基礎(chǔ)科學(xué)研究之間的雙向關(guān)聯(lián)與響應(yīng)支撐。有鑒于此,2022景觀水文教育與實踐國際論壇將于2022年5月21日-22日召開,屆時將邀請國內(nèi)外著名學(xué)者與實踐專家,以“交叉、整合、創(chuàng)新”為主題,通過主旨報告、專題報告、圓桌討論、青年論壇等環(huán)節(jié),圍繞景觀水文學(xué)的課程建設(shè)、科學(xué)研究、工程實踐的最新發(fā)展與國際前沿展開研討,為該領(lǐng)域的未來理清發(fā)展路徑,夯實交流平臺,達成學(xué)科與行業(yè)共識。

Water has nurtured life and ecosystems on earth, and shaped the landscape in a variety of ways. Human beings have accumulated hydrological knowledge and built various water conservancy projects to develop watershed civilization, and "water management" has become the core technology and artistic means to support poetic dwelling and create landscape gardening paradise. Modern hydrology studies the distribution, movement, change of water and its interaction with the environment on earth, and has developed different branches such as river hydrology, urban hydrology, engineering hydrology and ecohydrology, revealing the complex relationship between water and different processes or factors. The concept of Landscape Hydrology (LH) first emerged in the 1980s, with the aim of clarifying the mechanisms of interaction between various factors and hydrology in the landscape, so as to more effectively manage, maintain, restore and predict (hydrological) landscape changes. Given that the concept of LANDSCAPE spans geography, landscape architecture, ecology, environment, art and other disciplines, there is an urgent need for landscape hydrology to clearly define its concept, focus its objectives and solidify its theory.
The world now is facing the crises of climate change and biodiversity loss. From the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) to China's ecological civilization strategies such as Beautiful China, Healthy China, National Parks, Sponge City and Resilient City, Yangtze River Protection and Yellow River High-quality Development, various water issues occupy an important position. As a promising emerging cross-research field, the development of Landscape Hydrology should also respond to the world and national realistic needs. Through summarizing scientific research results, outlining technical framework, and proposing innovative methods, LH have shown the potentials to solve realistic problems and support a two-way correlation between water-related planning, design and engineering practices and basic scientific research. In view of this, the 2022 International Forum on Landscape Hydrology Education and Practice will be online held on May 21-22, 2022, at which famous scholars and practical experts all over the world will be invited to discuss Landscape Hydrology topics through keynote speech, special report, roundtable discussion and young scholar forum. With the theme of "interdiscipline, integration and innovation", the conference will demonstrate the latest development and international frontier of education, scientific research and design practice, in order to clarify the development path, solidify the communication platform and reach a consensus between the discipline and the industry for the future development.
