2020年，由東大設(shè)計(jì)負(fù)責(zé)的長(zhǎng)安涌頭社區(qū)美麗鄉(xiāng)村特色連片示范項(xiàng)目全面建成，舊村跟工廠是其中重要的兩個(gè)片區(qū)。舊村位于社區(qū)核心區(qū)域，是村民生活、生產(chǎn)的重要場(chǎng)所。改造前，舊村空心化嚴(yán)重，大量老建筑年久失修變成了殘?jiān)珨啾诘奈７?；?nèi)部巷道狹窄，大量的民房建筑野蠻生長(zhǎng)導(dǎo)致公共空間極度缺乏；衛(wèi)生條件惡劣，地面明溝排水，雨污混流，生活環(huán)境品質(zhì)較差。工廠片區(qū)廠房建筑老舊、線路雜亂，公共空間被停車功能完全占據(jù)，違章搭建多且雜，安全隱患極大，廠區(qū)環(huán)境品質(zhì)較低且存在很多死角及消極空間。
In 2020, the Changan Chongtou Community Beautiful Village Characteristic Continuous Demonstration Project designed by Dongda will be fully completed, among which the old village and the factory are two important areas. The old village is located in the core area of the community and is an important place for villagers to live and produce. Before the reconstruction, the old village was seriously hollowed out, and a large number of old buildings fell into disrepair and became dilapidated houses. The narrow inner roadway and a large number of civilian buildings wild growth leads to the extreme lack of public space, poor sanitary conditions, exposed drainage on the ground, the mix of rainwater and polluted water in sewer and poor quality of living environment. The factory buildings in the factory area are old and the electric wires are disorderly. The public space is completely occupied by the parking. There are many miscellaneous illegal structures, which have great safety risks.

舊村片區(qū)
通過(guò)對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)問(wèn)題的梳理，設(shè)計(jì)從總體角度考慮舊村的改造思路，既不是大拆大建的一刀切，也不是簡(jiǎn)單的環(huán)境提升。充分尊重現(xiàn)有舊村的基本格局，梳理已有資源要素，以”針灸式”微改造方式，以點(diǎn)帶線，以線串面進(jìn)行提升。將原有的古巷連通，形成舊村內(nèi)部景觀主流線，拆除部分危房釋放一部分公共空間，打造各具特色的“口袋公園”，原本擁擠不堪的空間有了呼吸的可能。設(shè)計(jì)注重鄉(xiāng)土元素和材料的運(yùn)用，將原來(lái)拆危留下的建筑材料運(yùn)用到改造過(guò)程中。注重文化傳承，保留了原有斷墻及水井作為場(chǎng)地記憶的延續(xù)，原有供銷社作為紅色文化的歷史印記也得以恢復(fù)。
趣味的墻繪、精致的綠化、干凈整潔的巷道空間勾勒出舊村的煙火氣。
Old Village Area: Through sorting out the problems on the site, the design considers the idea of the old village reconstruction from the overall perspective, which is neither a one-size-fits-all idea of demolition and construction, nor a simple environmental improvement. The basic pattern of the existing old village should be fully respected, existing resource elements should be sorted out, and the micro-transformation idea of "acupuncture and moxibustion" should be used to connect points with lines and connect lines with surface for improvement. The old alleys will be connected to form the main landscape line inside the old village. Some dilapidated houses will be demolished to release some public Spaces, and "pocket parks" with their own characteristics will be built. The originally crowded space has the possibility of breathing. The design focuses on the use of local elements and materials, using the original building materials left over from the demolition into the renovation process. Focusing on cultural inheritance, the original broken wall and well were retained as the continuation of site memory, and the original supply and marketing cooperatives were also restored as the historical mark of red culture.
Interesting wall painting, exquisite greening, and clean laneway space outline the fireworks of the old village.

保留場(chǎng)地記憶，結(jié)合原有建筑斷墻及村落老水井作為設(shè)計(jì)要素延展，結(jié)合具有年代記憶感的喇叭點(diǎn)綴，致敬曾經(jīng)的生活場(chǎng)景。
The memory of the site is preserved, and the broken walls of the original buildings and the village waterscape are extended as design elements. Combined with the trumpet decoration with a sense of time memory, it pays tribute to the past life scenes.

原有供銷社作為紅色文化的歷史印記得以恢復(fù)和保留，結(jié)合現(xiàn)狀亭子進(jìn)行整體改造。改造后的景觀亭與供銷社共同形成紅色文化展示空間。

改造的初心是讓村民的幸福指數(shù)得到提升，老人們有聚集聊天的地方，放學(xué)的孩子也有了臨時(shí)寫(xiě)作業(yè)的場(chǎng)所。活潑可愛(ài)的彩繪、精致的綠化把舊村裝扮得別樣溫馨。
The original intention of the transformation was to increase the happiness index of the villagers. The old people had a place to gather and chat, and the children had a place to do their homework after school temporarily. The lively and lovely paintings and exquisite greening make the old village decorated with a different kind of warmth.

工廠片區(qū)
通過(guò)拆除違章搭建釋放公共空間，打造集中式的休閑活動(dòng)場(chǎng)地。改造后的工廠區(qū)面貌煥然一新，重點(diǎn)建筑形象通過(guò)異形穿孔鋁板及耐候鋼板包裝得以重塑，原有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)廠房以外墻漆刷新的形式煥發(fā)多彩活力，精致的綠化搭配也讓辦公環(huán)境更加生態(tài)自然。
Factory area: The design releases public space by demolishing illegal structures to create a centralized leisure activity area. After the transformation, the factory area takes on a new look. The image of key buildings is remolded through special-shaped perforated aluminum plate and weathering steel plate packaging. The original standard workshop is refreshed with exterior paint, and the delicate greening makes the office environment more ecological and natural.
