深圳國際山公園街區(qū) : 綠色半山社區(qū)生活樞紐 | PLAT Studio

國際山公園及其周邊街景位于深圳市寶安區(qū)，是目前整個尖崗山北部片區(qū)唯一的社區(qū)公共開放空間項(xiàng)目，為社區(qū)新增了超過4000平米的公園，新建和提升了總計(jì)約7860平米的街道景觀。項(xiàng)目發(fā)揮其綠色樞紐功能，串聯(lián)片區(qū)教育、住宅、商業(yè)，營造高頻的社區(qū)交流與活動氛圍，提供運(yùn)動休憩空間，打造新興國際公園社區(qū)的生態(tài)轄地。

Parkhill Commons is located in the Baoan District of Shenzhen and is the only public open space in the area. It has added 4,000 square meters of parks as well as built and upgraded 7,860 square meters of streetscape. Acting as a green hub, the park and green streets connect education, housing and local retail for a vibrant recreational and ecological neighborhood.

綠色社區(qū)樞紐

A green community hub

項(xiàng)目座落在南向山坡上，南端的城市次干路尖崗山大道車流不息，但道路兩側(cè)寬闊的林蔭帶，與臨近的水庫和郁郁蔥蔥的山林一同創(chuàng)造出了宜人的小氣候環(huán)境。在千禧年初期，這里優(yōu)越的低山臺地間就已建成了首批花園洋房，尖崗山北部也逐步發(fā)展為深圳西部最大的低密度住宅片區(qū)。然而其社區(qū)級公共配套卻發(fā)展緩慢，較少公共活動場所和空間。

The project is located on a south-facing hillside in the northern part of the Jiangangshan neighborhood in the Baoan District of Shenzhen, China. Jiangangshan Avenue is a broad, tree-lined road, combined with the adjacent reservoir and lush forest creates a pleasant microclimate environment. Twenty years ago, the first batch of garden houses were built between here and it has gradually grown into the largest low-density residential area in western Shenzhen. However, its public facilities have not kept pace, with few public spaces and amenities.

隨著上位規(guī)劃將尖崗山片區(qū)重點(diǎn)納入都市核心區(qū)，南部尖崗山國家高新園區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)建設(shè)升級，新地鐵站點(diǎn)的建設(shè)和規(guī)劃，項(xiàng)目所在地周邊新的學(xué)校、高密度居住區(qū)、商業(yè)區(qū)均在高速建設(shè)中，很快將迎來大批新居民來此安居樂業(yè)。長久以來由于戶外社區(qū)公共空間不足帶來的問題，在未來高密度混合用地建成后將更為突出。

A new masterplan for the area integrates Jiangangshan into the urban core. A number of projects are under construction nearby, including new subway stations, schools, high-density residences, and commercial areas.  A large influx of new residents will follow these expansions, highlighting a dearth of public space. Parkhill Commons and surrounding streetscapes have added 4,000 square meters of new park land, the only public open space in the neighborhood.

基于此，我們將國際山公園及其周邊街景定義為綠色社區(qū)樞紐。它連接城市界面、新老住區(qū)、新商業(yè)區(qū)與學(xué)校，并突出社區(qū)的自然美景。在有限的空間里，采用優(yōu)雅簡潔的設(shè)計(jì)手法，提供現(xiàn)代化設(shè)施，營造活力、健康的當(dāng)代都市公共自然場所。一系列的綠色空間平衡了人與生態(tài)的需求，在管理雨水、減緩熱島效應(yīng)的同時(shí)，為各年齡段的活躍社區(qū)活動提供了舞臺。

Parkhill Commons is acting as a green community hub, connecting the public realm, old and new residential areas, new business districts and schools, and highlighting the neighborhood's natural beauty. Using elegant design strategies, the park provides modern amenities to promote a vibrant, social and health-focused park. The verdant space balances ecological and human needs; managing rainwater and mitigating urban heat island effect, while setting the stage for a lively neighborhood with activities for all ages.

街景提升與新社區(qū)公園的系統(tǒng)化設(shè)計(jì)：綠色宜人的多元低山社區(qū)的起點(diǎn)與核心

Systematic design of community open space: Starting at the core of a foothill community

在未來多功能、高密度社區(qū)的背景下，我們在設(shè)計(jì)之初即將街道、公園、新建小區(qū)和學(xué)校的開放空間作為一個系統(tǒng)來研究，期望在新一輪開發(fā)之后，人們在社區(qū)各處都有可能繼續(xù)享受優(yōu)質(zhì)的小氣候環(huán)境，隨時(shí)隨地共享都市自然的輕松和愜意。居民們通過公共空間生活，建立社區(qū)歸屬感。也借此整體開發(fā)的契機(jī)，在土地屬性不盡相同的情況下，公園、街道、小區(qū)三個層級的開放空間被作為一個系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行整體設(shè)計(jì)，共同打造宜居社區(qū)。

本項(xiàng)目是該策略的重點(diǎn)，以三面通達(dá)的國際山公園為社區(qū)核心，向外輻射，將休憩與慢行公共空間接入臨近各地塊入口和城市街道，形成真正的綠色社區(qū)樞紐，將新老居民、不同風(fēng)格和功能的用地、生態(tài)功能等都緊密串聯(lián)在一起。

Designers studied the context to plan a forward-thinking community that will be comfortable while accommodating a high density of residents. The next round of development will bring new neighbors to the park, breathing it to life. The space will be an anchor, inviting residents to build community in the comfort and calm of urban nature. The three elements of neighborhood open spaces — park, streets and homes — are designed to work as a complimentary system, building the framework for an inviting community.

Parkhill Commons is central to the the first phase and implementation of the larger vision. Radiating outwards, it connects recreation with green streets. Acting as a community hub, it will connect new and existing residents, retail and housing, everything from urban plazas to lush gardens.

A new park for a high-density community: People-oriented, compact and flexible

在標(biāo)新立異的多元高密都市潮流中，我們希望有這樣一塊能放下濃妝艷抹，輕松自得、隨性雋永的樂土。卓然天成的她包容開放，不同的使用者成為這里永不落幕的主角，適宜尺度的各種活動場景可最大化的在各個時(shí)間段和不同空間位置滿足使用者的多元化需求。

With the rise of high-density urbanism, we are creating a unique and timeless refuge where residents can let their hair down. Everyone can feel like the main character in this unique and welcoming environment. With a variety of amenities and environments, people can relax with friends and family for gatherings large and small.

場地整體地勢北高南低，最大高差約5米，三面臨街，邊界異形，與周圍的建筑立面也都存在不同角度。這些獨(dú)特的特征為設(shè)計(jì)語匯奠定了基礎(chǔ)：用規(guī)整的平面、臺地來共同創(chuàng)造了一個以人為本的空間。有效的空間利用使功能能從一個區(qū)域流向另一個區(qū)域，并形成了一個強(qiáng)烈的中央形態(tài)。每個區(qū)域周圍都有茂密的植物，退隱于周邊道路與建筑之外。

The site has a significant grade change and an unusual shape. However these unique features set the stage for a distinctive design language - with gradual slopes, steps and retaining walls coming together to create people-oriented spaces. Efficiently using space for a variety of functions and flowing from one area to another, the result is a strong central gesture with lush planting surrounding each area.

在公園中心，一方長長的大草坪被優(yōu)雅的小徑和陰涼的花崗巖長凳所包圍，尺度宜人。一個漸變的斜坡邀請?jiān)L客們在草坪上享受梯田式的劇場座位。草坪充滿了可能性，支持多種運(yùn)動和活動的發(fā)生，如運(yùn)動、小型音樂會、市集等。大草坪西北角有一棵優(yōu)美的烏桕，點(diǎn)景的同時(shí)帶來一片蔭涼。樹下色彩靚麗的躺椅和旁邊的野餐桌椅是受歡迎的休憩與聊天的場所。大草坪四面設(shè)置了總長90.6米、寬90厘米的座墻，加上東側(cè)利用高差設(shè)置了四層林蔭草階看臺，按每人占有60厘米長度座凳測算，總共可容納約300人同時(shí)在長凳上面向中央草地乘坐。有層次的乘坐和種植勾勒出了富有雕塑感和季節(jié)變化的空間框架，賦予了草地強(qiáng)烈和靈活的舞臺感，實(shí)踐著以使用者為主角的設(shè)想。

In the center, a long lawn is enveloped by elegant paths and shaded granite benches. A gradual slope invites community center visitors to enjoy terraced seating across the turf. Full of possibilities, the lawn can accommodate sports, small concerts and markets. Resting amongst layers of plants and diverse program on the North side and lush amphitheater seating to the East, the lawn acts as a stage and anchor to Parkhill Commons.

沿大草地往北是相對獨(dú)立的兩個專門活動空間：酷玩坡地和旋風(fēng)球場。面向大草地的酷玩坡地游戲場讓家長們在草地上也能看到孩子，同時(shí)也為孩子們提供各種令人興奮的游樂設(shè)備。斜坡成為游戲的重要元素，有多種爬上和滑下的方式。頂層有一個奇異的樹屋，游樂結(jié)構(gòu)與樹冠交織在一起。這個樹屋平臺上可以看見整個公園的壯觀景色，同時(shí)也是蜿蜒而令人振奮的大滑梯的入口。有彈性的地面和其上的設(shè)計(jì)元素創(chuàng)造了一個令人興奮的循環(huán)線路，讓孩子們盡情玩耍和探索。逐層升高的綠植臺地是游戲場的邊界，樹蔭下的乘坐空間方便家長從多個方向舒適的監(jiān)護(hù)。黃橙色系在穩(wěn)重灰色的襯托下鮮明歡快，激發(fā)孩子們的好奇心，又不造作。從游戲場往東，旋風(fēng)球場被擋土墻、綠籬環(huán)繞著。場內(nèi)有休息長凳，而北側(cè)東側(cè)的上層形成看臺式的走廊和停坐空間，可以俯瞰球場。墻壁上的抽象圖案來源于社區(qū)山地特征與和旋風(fēng)般的籃球速度，與亮眼的色彩、籃球運(yùn)球動作單詞一起賦予了空間活力。這個宜人尺度的場地也適合太極、廣場舞等其他需要平整硬質(zhì)場地的活動。地面圖案綜合了其他活動的格網(wǎng)到藝術(shù)化的設(shè)計(jì)中，也是期待空間能被更多樣的使用。

Along the north edge of the lawn, visitors find a sloped playground and basketball court. The playground slope gives parents excellent eyelines from the lawn and provides children with a diverse array of exciting play equipment. The slope becomes a vital element of play, with many ways to climb up and slide down. The top level has a singular treehouse, where the play structure is entwined with the tree canopy. This platform showcases spectacular views across the site and is the entrance to a winding and exhilarating slide. The bouncy surface and design elements create an exciting loop for children to play and explore. Moving east, the basketball court is surrounded by retaining walls and hedges, with both court-side seating and a landing overlooking the court from above. The colorful murals and the court's bright ground plane lend the space vitality.

在游戲場和球場中間，臺地花園將訪客們從低處的大草坪引向北側(cè)街道，在那里他們會發(fā)現(xiàn)掩映在綠蔭下的安靜花園?，F(xiàn)狀高大的喬木、花叢、起伏的草地、座椅口袋空間把公園與街道柔軟的縫合在一起，芬芳與活力從公園沿著慢行道向社區(qū)散發(fā)。

Between the court and playground, steps lead users from the activity of the lawn and program areas towards the street where they'll find a quiet garden. Linking the street to the park, trees and lush plant beds line the leisurely neighborhood road.

大草坪的西側(cè)是未來的新社區(qū)中心。有幸于早期與建筑和室內(nèi)的設(shè)計(jì)師合作，社區(qū)中心流暢的與公園相遇。優(yōu)雅的幕墻、露臺與大臺階圍束出了精致低調(diào)的邊界，極簡的鋪磚和景墻將室內(nèi)空間延續(xù)到室外，南側(cè)與人行道齊平形成寬闊的入口廣場，東側(cè)則消失于草地西側(cè)的長方形水景中。好奇的孩童前來戲水，休憩的成人來此舒緩心情。臨水廣場和二層露臺上的咖啡座椅讓訪客們可傾聽涌泉的白噪音，也可觀賞靜水時(shí)反射的天光樹蔭之美。

Working with architects and interior designers, the community center fluidly meets the park. Anchoring the southwest corner entry, the building and landscape meet with seamless paving from lobby to plaza. Cafe seating allows visitors to look across the park with their views framed by an elegant fountain and a graceful focal point tree.

生活化的街道提升：安全，綠色，社區(qū)感

Vibrant streets for safety, greenery, and community

街道空間延續(xù)公園親切、生活化的場景和氛圍，以安全、綠色和社區(qū)感為營建目標(biāo)，于社區(qū)開放空間的整體框架下設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)施。街道斷面維持現(xiàn)狀規(guī)劃不變，狹窄的道路使交通緩慢，綠樹成蔭的寬闊人行道鼓勵步行。通過鋪裝材質(zhì)和色彩按速度劃分慢行、跑步、步行功能，減少不同速度通行者間的相互干擾，保障安全，增加舒適度。替換了生長不佳的植物，新增了造型典雅、光線柔和的高、矮柱燈，增強(qiáng)了街道的秩序感與季節(jié)感。公園南側(cè)新建的臥龍六路通過紅線退讓增加寬度和平樹池的做法，為未來高峰人流留出盡可能多的通行空間。特別定制的街道家具穩(wěn)重精致，供各種方式出行的居民使用，也增加了社區(qū)的特色。

The streetscapes extend the park's calm atmosphere, with narrow roads to slow traffic and wide tree-lined sidewalks to encourage walking. Bike and running paths give space for faster movement while being separated from auto traffic. Custom street furniture gives the street a distinct public realm for residents to enjoy with any mode of transport.

沿著南北貫穿的臥龍四路打造了三個昭示性的街角，精心設(shè)計(jì)的格柵系列標(biāo)識墻和導(dǎo)向柱讓初次來訪的人也很容易找到社區(qū)和公園。在南側(cè)城市主入口重點(diǎn)打造的尖崗山大道街角，結(jié)合地形建造了雙層坐墻，使這里成為了一個能蔭涼乘坐的前庭。在公園路口以對比色的名稱標(biāo)識墻強(qiáng)調(diào)公園主入口。在北側(cè)的制高點(diǎn)公園街角，隨風(fēng)轉(zhuǎn)動的運(yùn)動風(fēng)向標(biāo)雕塑，是公園各種運(yùn)動的剪影，成為了社區(qū)的運(yùn)動精神象征，增加了一份儀式感。

Street corners provide shade, seating and sculptural signage for easy navigation and a comfortable experience. The northeast corner has an elaborate weathervane, with silhouettes of the various sports and activities that visitors can enjoy at the park.

生態(tài)整合：局部保留大樹、整體重構(gòu)的海綿生態(tài)系統(tǒng) 

Ecological framework: Keep mature tress and absorb stormwater

對公園生態(tài)效益最大化的思考來自設(shè)計(jì)伊始，公園最北側(cè)臺地的設(shè)計(jì)與現(xiàn)狀標(biāo)高一致，整體保留下一片高大蔥郁的現(xiàn)狀成熟喬木，成為公園最綠色最生態(tài)的背景屏障，繼續(xù)發(fā)揮其減噪、降溫、去塵、雨水截留等生態(tài)功能。新建花園綠地選用了包括部分鄉(xiāng)土植物品種在內(nèi)的豐富種類，常綠、落葉樹與富有四季變化的多年生地被植物搭配，復(fù)層種植，進(jìn)一步提高綠量和生物多樣性。

The design prioritizes ecology from the outset. The northern edge stays at street level grade to preserve the many mature trees that existed there. This mature canopy creates a lush backdrop for the layers of diverse planting on the slope between lawn and northern road.

依據(jù)海綿單位的計(jì)算和建議，景觀將具有雨水滯蓄功能的滯留花園、階梯綠地、模塊草地、臺地花園構(gòu)成系統(tǒng)配合各個空間的活動功能，分布于公園各處，使雨水能就地分區(qū)消化，通過溢流管網(wǎng)、礫石盲管有序組織場地內(nèi)多余雨水匯集至場地西南角的中央蓄水模塊，形成整體雨水管理和回用網(wǎng)絡(luò)。慢行道采用透水磚或透水混凝土，以減少徑流。專門設(shè)置的海綿設(shè)施標(biāo)識牌把雨水設(shè)施可視化，在地普及海綿知識。

Due to the high volume of rain in the wet season, the park acts as a sponge for the neighborhood to prevent flooding. A large underground basin is connected to overflow pipes to create a rainwater system that holds water onsite until storms pass. Signage shows visitors how the system works to increase engagement with the local ecology.
