背景與概念

CONTEXT AND CONCEPT

杭州歷史上以山水、詩(shī)詞與茶葉種植而聞名，可如今已高度城市化，除了部分受保護(hù)的國(guó)家級(jí)公園外，總體而言公共綠地大幅減少。持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)的人口使杭州的城市邊界不斷外延，居民紛紛來到城郊區(qū)呼吸新鮮空氣，或鍛煉、聚會(huì)，并欣賞周邊的自然美景。

Historically, Hangzhou is famous for its scenic landscapes, poetry and tea cultivation. Today the city is highly urbanized with some protected national parks, but vastly reduced green space overall. Hangzhou's rising population has pushed the urban boundaries outward, where city dwellers seek space to breathe, exercise and engage with each other and the natural beauty that surrounds them.

位于西湖以東的彭埠中央公園實(shí)現(xiàn)了基于歷史和環(huán)境的城市生活新愿景。項(xiàng)目關(guān)注文化與生態(tài)之間的聯(lián)系，從而造就了獨(dú)特的景觀。平緩的地形呼應(yīng)了該地區(qū)的丘陵地貌，而流暢的步道則宛若一條曾在這里自由流淌的溪流。在這個(gè)受自然影響的景觀框架中，文化要素成為重要的填充。

Just East of Hangzhou's famous West Lake, Pengbu Central Commons realizes a new vision for urban life, one that is rooted in history and environment. A focus on cultural and ecological relevance makes this a unique landscape. Gentle topography evokes the region's hills, while the fluid paths remind one of the rivers and creeks that once flowed freely. Custom elements complement this nature-inflected framework throughout the site.

在多戶住宅的基礎(chǔ)骨架上，尺度不一的公園與開敞空間共同構(gòu)建了社區(qū)環(huán)境，以提高居民福祉，建立社會(huì)聯(lián)結(jié)。繁茂的植被讓居民在家附近即可縱享寧?kù)o。社區(qū)西側(cè)的濱水公園連接著更為廣闊的區(qū)域公園系統(tǒng)。沿著連通不同尺度空間的小徑，居民們?cè)诒就林参锏木G蔭中相聚。

Addressing wellbeing and social connection, the multi-family development provides scaffolding for building community with parks and open space of different sizes. With densely lush planting, residents can find quiet rest close to home. On the Western edge, a waterfront park links to the wider regional park system. With a fluid path network connecting spaces of varying scale, neighbors can meet surrounded by local plants for celebratory and everyday gatherings.

場(chǎng)地架構(gòu)

SITE FRAMEWORK

彭埠中央公園地處杭州高鐵東站的步行范圍內(nèi)，因場(chǎng)地位于地鐵上方，按規(guī)定須開發(fā)大面積開敞空間。借助地鐵設(shè)施的地面部分，以及場(chǎng)地邊界的開闊河岸和高速公路緩沖種植區(qū)，項(xiàng)目得以實(shí)現(xiàn)超乎尋常的大尺度公園，最大限度地促進(jìn)社區(qū)交流和氣候調(diào)節(jié)。

Walking distance from Hangzhou's East High-Speed Train Station, Pengbu Central Commons is located atop a subway easement, requiring a large area of the development to be dedicated to green open space. This easement, in combination with borders defined by wide areas of riverfront and freeway buffer planting, provides the space the ability to establish an unusually large park full of opportunities for social interaction and climate mitigation.

根據(jù)社區(qū)的不同需求，彭埠中央公園被劃分為多個(gè)區(qū)域。中部核心區(qū)作為社區(qū)的“中央公園”和社交中心，將社區(qū)分為南北兩個(gè)部分，而住宅樓附近則提供較小的社交微空間。

這種空間營(yíng)造方法不僅促進(jìn)了居住區(qū)內(nèi)部的人群流動(dòng)，也在提供大尺度基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的同時(shí)，滿足了居民對(duì)更靠近住宅的微空間的需求。

Pengbu Central Commons is divided into zones that are organized by the social needs of the community. A central core functions as the 'commons' and social hub of the neighborhood. This core anchors north and south community areas that offer smaller social pockets of open space on the doorsteps of residential towers.

This approach to space making lends a dynamic flow to the park, providing large scale amenities and smaller programmatic pockets closer to residences.

中部核心區(qū)

THE CENTRAL CORE

中部核心區(qū)開闊而充滿活力，可以容納大型活動(dòng)與聚會(huì)，包括一塊寬闊草坪、漫步花園、游樂場(chǎng)和運(yùn)動(dòng)區(qū)等空間。設(shè)計(jì)充分考慮了使用者的健康與舒適，為這些區(qū)域提供遮陰和其他條件。

The central core is an active open space that serves the community with wide open space to accommodate large events and gatherings. The design provides significant canopy cover and other elements supporting health and wellness: a large activity lawn, strolling gardens, a playground and a sports area.

中央草坪同時(shí)也是一個(gè)非正式的圓形劇場(chǎng)，以滿足不同規(guī)模的活動(dòng)需求。長(zhǎng)長(zhǎng)的座椅墻功能十分開放，居民們可以根據(jù)需要靈活使用?；@球場(chǎng)、網(wǎng)球場(chǎng)、兒童游樂場(chǎng)以及不同長(zhǎng)度和難度的慢跑道為居民提供了聚會(huì)、玩耍和鍛煉的空間。在座椅區(qū)或抬高的觀景臺(tái)上，人們能看到核心區(qū)的活動(dòng)，也可以遠(yuǎn)眺杭州市的風(fēng)景。

The Central Lawn features an informal amphitheater as a multi-functional activity space that offers programs for groups large and small. The flexibility of long seating walls allows residents to use the space as needed. Visitors can meet, play and exercise utilizing the basketball and tennis courts, the children's playgrounds and the jogging trails that vary in length and difficulty. Core activity can be viewed from a seating nook or a raised lookout platform that also provides wide views of Hangzhou.

為了配合中心區(qū)域?qū)掗熼_放的特征，種植上將季節(jié)性喬木和多層次灌木相結(jié)合，以軟化花園小徑。臺(tái)地廣場(chǎng)上設(shè)有水景裝置，體現(xiàn)了場(chǎng)地流暢的設(shè)計(jì)語(yǔ)言，同時(shí)水聲也重新建立了居民們與河流的聯(lián)結(jié)。

The wide and open character of the core is complemented by seasonal trees and layers of shrub planting that soften the garden pathways. A water feature on an elevated plaza evokes the fluid design language of the site, providing the sound of water to reconnect residents to the adjacent river.

鄰里微空間

NEIGHBORHOOD POCKETS

郁郁蔥蔥的蜿蜒步道網(wǎng)絡(luò)穿梭在被中央核心區(qū)分割的兩個(gè)區(qū)域中，連接著多個(gè)鄰里微空間，它們?cè)诟〉某叨壬先菁{各種活動(dòng)，促進(jìn)社區(qū)參與。南部和北部的社區(qū)中均設(shè)計(jì)了主題花園，為健康的社區(qū)環(huán)境奠定了基礎(chǔ)。在設(shè)有涼亭的臺(tái)地周圍，層次分明的植物配植讓杭州獨(dú)特的園林和茶文化在社區(qū)中得以再現(xiàn)。

Linked to opposite sides of the Central Core by a network of lush meandering pathways, the Neighborhood Pockets accommodate multipurpose programs and foster community engagement at smaller scale. In both the Northern and Southern neighborhoods, specialized gardens set the stage for a healthy community environment. The character of these neighborhoods reflect Hangzhou's unique garden and tea culture through their layered planting around sheltered and elevated platforms.

遍布杭州丘陵上梯田式種植的茶樹，是該地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)和文化的重要組成部分。臺(tái)地廣場(chǎng)的設(shè)計(jì)以梯田為靈感，呼應(yīng)了當(dāng)?shù)剞r(nóng)業(yè)文化，并提供俯瞰花園的開闊視野和繁茂的戶外活動(dòng)空間。

Hangzhou's hills are covered in terraced tea shrubs, a vital element of the region's economy and culture. Using these terraces as inspiration, elevated plazas celebrate local agriculture while providing wide garden views and lush outdoor living rooms.

季節(jié)性花園四周圍繞著常綠植物和多分枝喬木，為戶外冥想、沉思和漫步創(chuàng)造了寧?kù)o的環(huán)境。社區(qū)草坪不僅提供了休憩空間，還可用于藝術(shù)裝置的展示。

步道蜿蜒穿過各種景觀空間，經(jīng)典的灌木層次和開花多年生植物的搭配大膽地呈現(xiàn)出不同季節(jié)的色彩、香氣與果實(shí)，彰顯了整個(gè)場(chǎng)地的種植美學(xué)。

The seasonal gardens are enclosed by evergreen foliage and multi-stemmed trees to create a peaceful environment for outdoor contemplation, reflection and strolling. Community lawns provide open space for rest and serve as a space to display art installations.

Pathways meander through a variety of landscape settings, lined with a site-wide planting aesthetic that showcases bold seasonal color, fragrance, and fruit through a mix of classic shrubs layers and flowering perennials.

環(huán)境再生

ENVIRONMENTAL REGENERATION

場(chǎng)地中精巧設(shè)計(jì)的地形和景觀顯著提升了生物多樣性和當(dāng)?shù)乜諝赓|(zhì)量。豐沛的城市綠化大量吸收二氧化碳，有效緩解了城市熱島效應(yīng)。在植物品種上，項(xiàng)目選用全年開花結(jié)果的本土植物或適應(yīng)性物種，恢復(fù)了河流沿岸授粉媒介的生境。

Throughout the site, intentional topographic and landscape decisions have dramatically improved biodiversity and local air quality. The site has increased urban canopy significantly combating urban heat island effect and absorbing CO2. Installing a native and adapted plants that bloom and fruit throughout the year has improved pollinator habitat, especially along the waterfront.

東北側(cè)邊界的地形干預(yù)措施為居民和濱水動(dòng)物阻擋了同協(xié)南路的噪聲污染。其他較小尺度的地形設(shè)計(jì)則創(chuàng)造了豐富的微氣候條件。同時(shí)，彭埠中央公園推行了系統(tǒng)性的水文管理，如在停車場(chǎng)鋪設(shè)透水磚，以及在系統(tǒng)性凈水后再將其排入鄰近河道等。

The Northeastern edge topographic intervention helps protect the residents and waterfront fauna from Tongxie Road's noise pollution. Smaller scale topography throughout the site provides more varied microclimate conditions. Meanwhile, water is managed in a variety of ways including with permeable pavement in the parking lot. Systems clean water before it enters the adjacent canal.

彭埠中央公園的綜合景觀架構(gòu)與周邊環(huán)境肌理緊密融合，延續(xù)了杭州自古以來與環(huán)境和諧共處的特征。不斷變化的景觀尺度和多種類型的活動(dòng)空間為居民的休閑和社交提供了基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，打造出充滿活力的社區(qū)公園。公園拉近了鄰里之間的距離，并為新型城市化奠定了基礎(chǔ)。對(duì)于生態(tài)和人類而言，基于文化和環(huán)境的景觀至關(guān)重要。
