河北峰峰礦區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村提升景觀改造設(shè)計(jì) | 尤境設(shè)計(jì)

緣起

Origin

2017年3月28日，我們接到河北峰峰礦區(qū)美麗鄉(xiāng)村整體推進(jìn)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目，包含21個(gè)村落要進(jìn)行整體提升建設(shè)，其中一共有5個(gè)傳統(tǒng)村落和16個(gè)基礎(chǔ)村落。峰峰礦區(qū)是一個(gè)文化底蘊(yùn)非常濃厚的地方，是著名的民間瓷窯——磁州窯的發(fā)源地，磁州窯創(chuàng)燒于北宋中期，并達(dá)到鼎盛，南宋、元明清仍有延續(xù)。磁州窯以生產(chǎn)白釉黑彩瓷器著稱，開創(chuàng)了中國瓷器繪畫裝飾的新途徑，同時(shí)也為宋以后景德鎮(zhèn)青花及彩繪瓷器的大發(fā)展奠定了基礎(chǔ)。

作為一個(gè)文化底蘊(yùn)如此深厚的地方，我們認(rèn)為挖掘和傳承本底文化，是我們項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的核心，是構(gòu)建可持續(xù)發(fā)展動(dòng)力的關(guān)鍵，那么文化到底是什么？文化就是生活方式的全部，文化一詞來源于拉丁文，其意為對(duì)土地的照料和開發(fā)，也指“耕種出來的東西”，文化本身就具有豐富的內(nèi)容，它是與自然物相對(duì)應(yīng)的人類創(chuàng)造的物質(zhì)產(chǎn)品和精神產(chǎn)品的總和，是人類生活方式的全部，是人類在社會(huì)生活中適應(yīng)和改造自然環(huán)境的全部經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

On March 28, 2017, we received an overall promotion project for beautiful villages in Fengfeng mining area, Hebei Province, including 21 villages to be upgraded, including 5 traditional villages and 16 basic villages.Fengfeng mining area is a place with strong cultural heritage. It is the birthplace of Cizhou kiln, a famous folk porcelain kiln. Cizhou kiln was created and burned in the middle of the Northern Song Dynasty and reached its peak. It still continues in the Southern Song Dynasty, yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties. Cizhou kiln is famous for producing white glazed and black colored porcelain, which created a new way of painting and decoration of Chinese porcelain. At the same time, it also laid a foundation for the great development of Jingdezhen blue and white and painted porcelain after the Song Dynasty.

As a place with such profound cultural heritage, we believe that excavating and inheriting the background culture is the core of our project construction and the key to building the driving force of sustainable development. What is culture?Culture is the whole of life style. The word culture comes from Latin, which means the care and development of land, and also refers to "cultivated things". Culture itself has rich content. It is the sum of material and spiritual products created by human beings corresponding to natural things, and it is the whole of human life style, It is all human experience in adapting to and transforming the natural environment in social life.

壹——張家樓藝術(shù)公社

One - Zhangjialou art commune

張家樓是邯鄲市峰峰礦區(qū)彭城鎮(zhèn)東南部的一個(gè)古老村落，當(dāng)?shù)厝怂追Q它為“樓當(dāng)”，是磁州窯的主要瓷土產(chǎn)地，未來希望建設(shè)以藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作為核心的藝術(shù)家聚集地的一個(gè)世外藝術(shù)桃源。

Zhangjialou is an ancient village in the southeast of Pengcheng Town, Fengfeng mining area, Handan city. It is commonly known as "loudang" by local people. It is the main porcelain clay producing area of Cizhou kiln. In the future, it hopes to build an exotic art paradise where artists gather with artistic creation as the core.

當(dāng)時(shí)去現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的時(shí)候我們就發(fā)現(xiàn)，本地很有特殊的一個(gè)隨處可見的物件叫籠盔，經(jīng)過了解我們知道，籠盔是一種用來裝燒瓷器的窯具，但是這個(gè)用一兩次就基本上不能用了，所以隨著大量的陶瓷燒制后，本地留下了很多這種籠盔，燒制的陶瓷被投放到市場(chǎng)或者放進(jìn)了博物館，但是這個(gè)籠盔就成了遺留下來的不重要的物件了，那么這個(gè)就成了一個(gè)可以代表城市人們生活方式的一個(gè)象征，一個(gè)符號(hào)，所以張家樓藝術(shù)公社的營造我們就想從籠盔這個(gè)符號(hào)入手，首先是保護(hù)這個(gè)文化符號(hào)，然后再融入到現(xiàn)在的人們生活中去，通過對(duì)符號(hào)的重構(gòu)，來構(gòu)建新的環(huán)境體系和生活方式。

所以對(duì)于張家樓藝術(shù)公社的建設(shè)，我們需要以一種生活方式的狀態(tài)去營造，與本地的人一起就好像布置自己的家一樣，讓生活成為設(shè)計(jì)本身的原動(dòng)力。

When we went to the scene at that time, we found that there was a special object everywhere called cage helmet. After understanding, we know that cage helmet is a kiln tool for firing porcelain, but it can't be used once or twice. Therefore, with the firing of a large number of ceramics, a lot of such cage helmets are left here, Fired ceramics have been put on the market or put into museums, but the cage helmet has become an unimportant object left over. Then it has become a symbol and a symbol that can represent the lifestyle of urban people. Therefore, we want to start with the symbol of cage helmet in the construction of zhangjialou art commune. The first thing is to protect the cultural symbol, Then integrate into people's life now, and construct a new environmental system and lifestyle through the reconstruction of symbols.

Therefore, for the construction of zhangjialou art commune, we need to create it in a state of lifestyle. Together with local people, it is like arranging their own home, so as to make life the driving force of the design itself.

所以項(xiàng)目不是傳統(tǒng)意義上正常的設(shè)計(jì)流程來做的，項(xiàng)目一開始就是設(shè)計(jì)師和本地的老百姓、還有藝術(shù)家、本地的施工隊(duì)伍等等跟他們溝通聊天然后再去勘察場(chǎng)地、感知場(chǎng)地，看看本地人的生活是個(gè)什么樣子，聽聽本地人對(duì)未來生活的憧憬，看看藝術(shù)家們希望在這里展開什么樣的藝術(shù)實(shí)踐等等，如何把這種現(xiàn)在以及未來生活的樣子強(qiáng)調(diào)顯現(xiàn)出來，營造一個(gè)藝術(shù)的世外桃源，這并不是設(shè)計(jì)師一個(gè)人能解決的問題，所以這個(gè)項(xiàng)目一開始就好像大家湊在一起在經(jīng)營一件事情一樣，沿用本地的工藝技術(shù)，讓本地人、讓藝術(shù)家等一起參與進(jìn)來，設(shè)計(jì)本身就變成了一個(gè)事件，是所有人關(guān)于美好生活向往的一次實(shí)踐，它聚集了所有人的記憶，這個(gè)項(xiàng)目的設(shè)計(jì)是不會(huì)完成的，會(huì)一直延續(xù)下去，本地人還在，藝術(shù)家還在，還吸引了外地的一些藝術(shù)家參與進(jìn)來，這個(gè)項(xiàng)目由那一次事件，產(chǎn)生了后續(xù)一系列持續(xù)的事件，一個(gè)關(guān)于美好生活營造的事件，景觀也就是在這個(gè)過程中自然的呈現(xiàn)出來的。

Therefore, the project is not done by the normal design process in the traditional sense. At the beginning of the project, the designer communicates with the local people, artists and local construction teams, and then goes to investigate the site, perceive the site, see what the local people's life is like, and listen to the local people's vision of future life, Look at what kind of artistic practice artists hope to carry out here, and how to emphasize and show this kind of present and future life and create an artistic paradise. This is not a problem that designers can solve alone. Therefore, at the beginning of this project, it was like everyone was working together on one thing, using local technology, With the participation of local people and artists, the design itself becomes an event. It is a practice of everyone's yearning for a better life. It gathers everyone's memory. The design of this project will not be completed and will continue. The local people and artists are still there, and some artists from other places are also attracted to participate, From that event, the project produced a series of subsequent continuous events, an event about the construction of a better life, and the landscape was naturally presented in this process.

貮——滏河源景區(qū)

Two - Fuheyuan scenic spot

滏河源景區(qū)項(xiàng)目位于峰峰礦區(qū)古村落——金村，有著最具特色的古廟、古戲樓、古牡丹、滏陽河源頭，總體形成了“三古一源”的金村文化景觀，設(shè)計(jì)重要的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)在于保護(hù)原有居民的生活空間，這些生活空間有關(guān)于人與河流的關(guān)系、與小橋流水、與古戲臺(tái)、與廟宇的關(guān)系等，是這種空間與人的關(guān)系構(gòu)建了整個(gè)場(chǎng)所的精神內(nèi)涵。

Fuheyuan scenic area project is located in Jincun village, an ancient village in Fengfeng mining area. It has the most distinctive ancient temples, ancient theatrical buildings, ancient peonies and the source of Fuyang River. It has generally formed the Jincun cultural landscape of "three ancient and one source". The key point of the design is to protect the living space of the original residents. These living spaces are related to the relationship between people and rivers, small bridges and water, ancient theatres The relationship with temples is the relationship between space and people, which constructs the spiritual connotation of the whole place.

通過整體的空間梳理和布局，我們強(qiáng)化了這種關(guān)系，并賦予這種關(guān)系以新時(shí)代的氣氛，融入到未來鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展的需求之中，項(xiàng)目主要建設(shè)了休閑濕地公園，古村落的修繕工作和公共休閑空間的打造，使人們能近距離體驗(yàn)古村落的文化氛圍。

叁——山底村

Three - Shandi Village

山底抗日地道戰(zhàn)景區(qū)項(xiàng)目坐落于邯鄲峰峰礦區(qū)山底村，這里是著名戰(zhàn)役——地道戰(zhàn)遺址所在地，整體項(xiàng)目旨在還原地道戰(zhàn)時(shí)期的情景，使人們近距離體驗(yàn)抗日地道戰(zhàn)那段刻苦銘心的記憶。

The Anti Japanese tunnel war scenic spot at the bottom of the mountain is located in Shandi village, Fengfeng mining area, Handan. This is the site of the famous battle - tunnel war site. The overall project aims to restore the scene of the tunnel war and make people experience the unforgettable memory of the Anti Japanese tunnel war.

山底村的整體營造以歷史文化的名義定義場(chǎng)景空間，將黃泥墻、地道口、老樹、掛鐘、磨盤、木梯、炮樓等等，這些都是能夠描述那段歷史時(shí)期人們的生活與地道關(guān)系的元素，這些元素被我們一一還原，同時(shí)結(jié)合新時(shí)代發(fā)展的空間需求，將這些元素和新的空間需求進(jìn)行融合，實(shí)現(xiàn)從元素到場(chǎng)景的構(gòu)建，從場(chǎng)景的構(gòu)建到環(huán)境特色的營造，讓這段歷史在這里煥發(fā)新時(shí)代的活力。

The overall construction of Shandi village defines the scene space in the name of history and culture, including yellow mud wall, tunnel entrance, old tree, wall clock, millstone, wooden ladder, turret, etc. These are elements that can describe the relationship between people's life and tunnel in that historical period. These elements are restored by us and combined with the spatial needs of the development of the new era, Integrate these elements with the new space requirements to realize the construction from elements to scenes, and from scenes to environmental characteristics, so as to make this history glow with the vitality of a new era here.

肆——響堂水鎮(zhèn)

Four - Xiangtangshui town

滏陽河，是峰峰礦區(qū)內(nèi)部一條歷史長河，位于峰峰礦區(qū)和村段，項(xiàng)目旨在建設(shè)一條以滏陽河為核心的，集餐飲、藝術(shù)、休閑、娛樂為一體的水鎮(zhèn)，整體空間以水為主線，創(chuàng)建不同的與水產(chǎn)生關(guān)聯(lián)的空間系統(tǒng)，營造以水為魂的水鎮(zhèn)休閑式的生活方式。

Fuyang River, a long historical river in Fengfeng mining area, is located in Fengfeng mining area and Village section. The project aims to build a water town with Fuyang River as the core and integrating catering, art, leisure and entertainment. The overall space takes water as the main line, creates different spatial systems related to water, and creates a water town leisure lifestyle with water as the soul.

伍——反思

Five - Reflect

面對(duì)這樣項(xiàng)目，圖紙是沒有太多實(shí)質(zhì)意義的，設(shè)計(jì)是在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)與未來生活在這里的人一起完成的，設(shè)計(jì)師其實(shí)就只是一個(gè)中間的連接件，生活本身才是設(shè)計(jì)的核心動(dòng)力，只有讓生活成為主角，景觀才會(huì)自然的呈現(xiàn)。

在時(shí)下鄉(xiāng)村振興這樣一個(gè)大話題之際，人們提及的產(chǎn)業(yè)、經(jīng)濟(jì)、模式等都很重要，但從這個(gè)項(xiàng)目中，我們體會(huì)到保護(hù)和傳承本地的生活方式也許是鄉(xiāng)村振興的核心可持續(xù)的發(fā)展動(dòng)力。

隨著項(xiàng)目的建成和運(yùn)營，吸引了眾多的藝術(shù)家、文化產(chǎn)業(yè)、特色餐飲、娛樂等業(yè)態(tài)，給峰峰礦區(qū)帶來了新的活力，并給當(dāng)?shù)厝嗣駧砹素S厚的收入。

項(xiàng)目建成后，在2019年12月14日，在2019美麗鄉(xiāng)村博鰲國際峰會(huì)上，張家樓村榮獲“2019中國最美鄉(xiāng)村”獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。響堂水鎮(zhèn)于 2017年 12月 27日，在由農(nóng)業(yè)部、環(huán)保部、住建部、中國農(nóng)業(yè)電影電視中心等單位聯(lián)合主辦的“2017尋找中國最美鄉(xiāng)村推介活動(dòng)”頒獎(jiǎng)典禮上，榮獲“2017中國十大最美鄉(xiāng)村”獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。

In the face of such a project, the drawings do not have much substantive significance. The design is completed on site with people who will live here in the future. In fact, the designer is just an intermediate connector. Life itself is the core driving force of the design. Only by making life the protagonist, the landscape will be presented naturally.

At a time when rural revitalization is such a big topic, the industry, economy and mode mentioned by people are very important. However, from this project, we realize that protecting and inheriting the local lifestyle may be the core sustainable development power of Rural Revitalization.

With the completion and operation of the project, it has attracted many artists, cultural industries, characteristic catering, entertainment and other business forms, brought new vitality to Fengfeng mining area and rich income to the local people.

After the completion of the project, zhangjialou village won the award of "the most beautiful village in China in 2019" at the Boao International Summit on beautiful villages in 2019 on December 14, 2019. On December 27, 2017, xiangtangshui town won the award of "2017 top ten most beautiful villages in China" at the award ceremony of "2017 promotion activity for finding the most beautiful villages in China" jointly sponsored by the Ministry of agriculture, the Ministry of environmental protection, the Ministry of housing and urban rural development and China agricultural film and Television Center.
